I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experiences at your store. This was my third visit, and on each occasion I was informed that scanning the barcode at the counter and sending the message would provide a discount on my next visit. However, despite following these instructions, the discount has never appeared. When I raised the issue, the staff member who introduced herself as the manager simply dismissed the matter without offering any real solution.

Additionally, during my last visit, I purchased one cup for myself and one for my 2-year-old son. Unfortunately, before my son even had a single spoonful, he accidentally dropped his portion. I immediately purchased another, cleaned up the one that had fallen, and before my payment was finalized, I noticed I had been charged twice. When I politely inquired about this, the response I received was extremely unprofessional and dismissive: "What falls is not my responsibility.”

As a parent, I was deeply disappointed by both the lack of understanding toward a 2-year-old child and the overall attitude shown. Due to this level of poor service and what I can only describe as unfair practices, I will no longer be returning to your...

Wow wow wow! We had such an awesome experience here. I had just gotten my wisdom teeth removed a few hours prior, and I was starving and needed something cool to soothe my post-op mouth. We came in and were met with friendly smiles and very helpful staff. They gave us the rundown of how everything worked, and even how they made everything in house. Everything was absolutely delicious, hands down the best frozen yogurt place I've ever been to. Oh, and the homemade whipped cream was so amazing! It seems to be family run, as they had their young daughter helping behind the counter. She was very sweet and got us water, and we also saw her help another young child choose toppings, which was sweet to observe a kid helping another kid. Incredible experience and although my husband Ethan and I live two hours from here, we're definitely going to plan a future day trip to enjoy this place...

Below Expectations • Coconut: The flavor was weak and artificial, and the texture felt slightly icy instead of creamy. • Blueberry: Disappointing — lacked the vibrant, fruity punch you expect from blueberry. It tasted muted and bland.
