DEAR, SALENTO COFFEE ...💔🥺 I . WILL . NEVER . EVER , CONSIDER PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE... Today was my first day (in years) coming back using the library. I been dealing with the death of TWO IMPORTANT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE..only 6 months apart! . I have extreme anxiety and barely comfortable being out in public so it was a veryy big deal to be there! So I was extremely excited to get back into reading new books 📚 and reintroduce myself to the brand new experience that my beloved local library was informing me.. but those joyful moments was scattered the moment I requested hot chocolate instead of coffee for my free reward coupon that was giving to me from the very nice informative clerk at the desk. When I asks for the hot chocolate, in which I was going purchase a muffin to go with it as well.. I was told by not justs one but TWO of the workers that I can only get the coffee, and that the hot chocolate stated that hot chocolate are for kids ONLY..in which It did NOT SATED (FOR✨️ KIDS✨️ ONLY✨️!. ) I felt embarrassed (there's was people in the line and around.). I feel upset . And I feel racism profiled due to the color and shade of my skin.. THIS IS MORE THAN A COMPLAINT ABOUT HOT CHOCOLATE.. THIS IS ABOUT RESPECT. DIGNITY . AND HUMANITY... SALENTO COFFEE ECT . IS THIS WHAT YOUR COMPANY,...
Read moreI’ve been to the west Palm beach Saturday market and past this cute little place many times . It sits on the corner of Clematis and Dixie Highway right in the middle of all the action . Located in a beautiful courtyard with beautiful palm trees, Very relaxing atmosphere with music that really sets the atmosphere. I wish I would have taken more pictures. But it was a busy day . It was of course very busy. And all though I would love to give it a 5 star review I can’t. We ordered 2 large iced coffees. One with cream , And mine had cream and vanilla added. Well they were so rushy rushy they screwed up our order 3 times. Maby it’s because they don’t speak very good English. I tried a second time politely to get our coffee right. Well they rushed again and I don’t know what flavor they put in the second one but it was wrong again. Ok I’m getting a bit bitter because I half to stand in line a 3rd time . Guess what. They gave me an iced coffee with nothing in it . At this point I was done . I sat , Listening to the great music in the very comfortable area provided. And I just went with it . Obviously you half to pay attention to what you say to them slowly so they understand. This was my experience. I will go back . And I will recommend them . But they do get a bit rude. But give it a try . Might have just been a bad...
Read moreLOVE this little Colombian coffee spot!! The food is authentic & delicious. Their bacon, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwich is delicious on a croissant but if you want an ethnic twist, the sandwich on a corn arepa is perfection!!! I used to love arepas as a child growing up in South Miami, but could not find anything even close to it once I moved up north. THIS is absolutely it!! Their arepa took me back to those childhood days and confirmed for me that arepas deserve their spot among ethnic favorites! Their pastries are also a huge step above what you can find at other chain bakeries. Just the right amount of flaky and so flavorful! Had their matcha latte sweetened (a little on the sweet side but lightyears better than the watery offerings of another coffee shop down the road!!) Second visit I just asked for sugar on the side and sweetened according to my taste. Perfection. To top it off, service was stellar - staff was very friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were diverse with couches, bar stools, tables amd benches indoors and plenty of seating outdoors as well. Latino and throwback hits play in the background. Great place for meetings, hangouts, or just to get some work done. I wish they could open a store near me in...
