UPDATE: I actually posted this review today (10/19/20) and got deleted by the owner within the hour. As a loyal customer who comes in to eat at least 1 time a week, I was deeply disappointed in the owners reaction to a homeless man that I personally brought in to buy a meal. I went in and grabbed lunch with a friend on 10/15/20 when a sweet homeless man came up to me and asked me if I could buy him a hot meal. I brought him inside so he could take a look at the menu, both of us with masks on. when I approached the counter Debbie (the owner) was at the cashier. As she was ringing us up she had a condescending attitude the entire time. He stated he would go sit outside to which she responded "That would be a good idea." once he stepped out she had the audacity to say "We've had problems with homeless in the past and the city discourages us from doing this. Thank you- it was really nice for you to do so but there's no problem if you come in buy the food and bring it out to him." Im sorry- but this was not the case. I get the POV as a business owner-he was not a nuisance, he didn't smell... he was actually a very polite person. All customers- who sit inside our out- are served with dishware. As I was sitting outside eating, while he was sitting at the table next to me, they brought his food in a to go manner- when he clearly wanted to sit outside and enjoy his meal with dishware just as everyone else (a luxury to someone in his situation). Quite frankly I find it despicable to have such a prejudice attitude to the less fortunate. I am saddened and embarrassed by this situation that sadly, I don't think I'll...

Anyway, Field of Greens is the jam. Why? Because if you're looking to get a ton of leafy vegetables, fresh chicken and not feel guilty after a meal, this place rocks. I have been going to FOG ever since they had their first store in CityPlace. There have been several other locations across Palm Beach County and I guess they opened a store on Clematis.
The inside of the restaurant is very cozy. There are several tables and even some booth-style seating with couch cushions. The lighting is pleasant and the place is just decorated really well. Flowers adorn the tables.
The menu is pretty much salads, sandwiches, wraps and soups, though FOG also offers a variety of smoothies and acai bowls for the health-conscious. My personal preference is for the DIY salad, which is what I typically order.
The ingredients are so fresh and delicious! I always make sure to get sundried tomatoes in my salad since I haven't seen them offered in a lot of other salad places. Today I tried the herb blue cheese dressing and it was divine! I made sure to get it on the side since FOG tosses salads and I don't want mine drowning in dressing.
The portions are MASSIVE. The salad cost me $11 with grilled chicken but I kid you not, I could have easily split the salad in two and made it a second meal. But, it's a salad. I ate it all at once.
Would definitely come back regularly for lunch if...
Read moreChanged from 2 stars to 1. Updated due to another terrible experience with Cameron, the manager of the WPB location. I should never have gone back after the first experience. They should not offer modifications with online ordering if they cannot accommodate them. I ordered from there specifically due to the ability to modify my meals but when they make mistakes, they blame the customer. Accused me of lying about pesto being present on my sandwich and treated me like trash after they messed up my meal 3 days in a row. When they delivered the wrong food as a replacement on the 3rd day, the delivery driver called the store. I heard Cameron SCREAMING about "those women" at my place of employment. Utterly disgusting way to manage a business. Old review: Love the food but NOT in love with their customer service. I ordered a sandwich and it was wrong. I called and was told they would bring me a new one (admittedly nice of them). I HATE wasting food and didn't want to wait so I asked if it would be possible to get a credit for next time, as I used to order from there at least weekly. I was told no. I asked how long it would be (I was hungry) and the manager told me I was making it take longer by keeping him on the phone. So either way, it was going to cost them 1 sandwich but they would rather throw the food away than give me a credit for next time. Wasteful and no need for the manager to speak to me...
