WORST STORE /SERVICE. If there were zero stars or negative stars I would leave that. I have never encountered a more unprofessional business practice. I had an issue with an order placed back on May 24th. I had a delivery scheduled for June 20th which is when we moved in, everything got delivered according to plan except for the fridge (the service you use Ryder called me at 6:17AM that they were 45 minutes away, then the driver called me personally saying they were 30 minutes away so i called my mother in law to go wait at our house, fast forward over an hour later when i call the driver back and he said they were not scheduled to deliver until the afternoon and when i told him why he called me and told me they will be there in 30 minutes he said that was the computer which it was not ,so now my mother in law got woken up and wasted hours of her time for no reason) . When we purchased the fridge it was in stock and had a sold sticker on it but apparently that got taken off and sold to someone else. I reached out at least 15 times to get this fixed since they told me now the fridge was not in stock and there where none being made right now. I spoke to the West Palm store and the manager told me several times that the sales person was going to reach out to me, well he never did,but the manager scheduled the floor model to be delivered and sold it to me at a discount. Second delivery attempt was scheduled for June 24th and on June 23rd the salesman called me at 9pm saying the fridge did not make it on the truck for the next day scheduled delivery. After already speaking to every possible person at the store and being hanged up on multiple times because i just asked to speak to the manager and having to eat out everyday since Saturday i got fed up and drove almost an hour to the store. Looked for the sales man and the manager that "helped" me and neither one was there so i went to customer service and they told me i would have never gotten that fridge because it was scheduled on Ryder and they dont deliver scratch and dent models. So after this the very nice lady at customer service scheduled a delivery for the same day with one of the in store delivery guys. It was delivered to me later that afternoon which i am grateful for but unfortunately my floors got scratched and the handles to the fridge are also extremely scratched from them trying to fit it through the slider. This wasn't their fault as they were doing their job and helping me by getting that thing in the kitchen. I understand times are different now but somebody needs to make this right for us. The whole thing since Friday the 19th was a complete nightmare, the manager discounted the fridge and included the extended warranty which still shows on my statement.Now i have to pay this bill that is $500 more than it should be because nobody can figure this thing out. I have emailed multiple times for the past week and still haven't gotten a response. I get that the times are tough for everyone right now but this has been beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. I purchased airpods pro 3 days ago where i was offered a warranty plan for 30$ By the empolyee guillermo palecia he told me that with this i will get full coverage in case of anything happening to my airpods because i explained to him i break them a lot, he explained that it covered all type of damage just not if i were to lose them. I went back today because my airpods were not working properly i couldnt hear anything when i spoke on the phone and they couldnt hear me on the other end. I asked to file a claim and the claim department did not help me at all told me i had to talk to a manger at the store. They brought me the general manager his name is andre azman and i was treated terrible by this man he wasn’t helping me at all and he was following me thru out the whole store because i asked to speak to someone above him and he was very quick to get security that they have working there for them , i explained to the security guy that i was given fake advertisement and that i had been lied to and in a way they stole my mom and he proceeded to rudely ask me to leave the store like if i was stealing and accusing me of being rude to the general manager and soon he decided to threaten me to arrest me when all i was trying to do is get help to resolve my problems. I then went ahead and left and got in touch with corporate and they were also very rude and even said that they couldn’t go over what a general manager says which is weird because then what is corporate for... i am not the type of person to sit here and write a reward on a place but i feel like for this time i had to actually put the word out because this store is stealing from their customer and also i was speaking to a couple of friends and they’ve also told me they have had issues with this store before as well . I dont think no one else should be going thru this so please be very aware and ask as many questions as needed before making a purchase at this store because obviously the only thing they are know for is stealing! I wish to get a hold on an owner or someone above corporate to resolve my issue but as of now the most i can do is warn others about the useless employees they have and the terrible service i was provided. If i could give 0 stars to this place i would and I wish to see stuff change this is a very abusive place and i hope no one else has to go thru what i went thru hopefully someone reads this before going into the store... save yourself a headache and a terrible time. I don't ever send written complaints about a company's poor service but today I experienced the epitome of poor customer service. I visited your location in 751 Executive Center drive in West Palm Beach, at 4:00pm today on May 21st. I, along with my husband and two children took my time to select an all in one computer and explained to the sales person that I really need the computer but I was in a rush... She told me not to worry and that the wait wouldn't be too long. At about 4:30pm, she gave me the ticket to go to pay... I went to the cashier, Aerian Butler and proceeded to take out my credit card.... She walked off because apparently they had not found the computer I was requesting. She said they were looking in the warehouse for it, so I waited. At about 5:00pm we both went to the manager, and I explained that I really needed to go. He sent another employee to look for the computer. I was starting to feel frustrated. I went back by the cashier and by 5:20, I asked her for an update and if she could contact the manager to offer us a discount. She told me to go to the cashier, and I asked her to call him because I had been waiting here too long with my children. She rolled her eyes and told me that I could do it myself and that I'm asking her to do things that she shouldn't be doing. She rolled her eyes several times and I asked him name, she replied "slim" and walked away with the most attitude I've ever experienced. I asked another employee what her name was and then they told me, Aerian Butler. Trying to accommodate us, the manager told me that he'd give me another computer in stock that's better to compensate for the time and poor service.... So I waited some more, selected another computer that was more expensive but the next one after the one I selected. I waited.... And then he came back and said that he couldn't give me it.... Then he told me that he was waiting on a truck to come that may have the computer it ....after waiting for the truck to be offloaded, It wasn't on the truck.... So now its 6:30 and I'm still in here because I'm traveling and in need of the computer for my business. I must commend Mr. Quinton Duvall who was helpful in updating us along the way.... The manager came back and he offered me the computer on display for a discounted price. I took it because I have been in there for so long... but between the time and the service, especially by Ms. AERIAN BUTLER, this has been the worst customer service /experience here EVER.
