This was our first store we went to shopping for a prom dress for my little sister. This will be our first and last time coming here. The reviews were what convinced me to bring her here. Not a great experience for her. I was upset because the gentleman acknowledged us after he was done with another group. Which was fine however after they left he briefly asked if we had any questions and I replied and said, actually yes I had a question about the size dresses they had. He walked away when another group walked in and spoke with them. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional! I recommend Alicia’s bouquet, I went in 8 months ago looking at 15era dresses, The lady was very helpful with me and with my daughter, asking questions to my daughter what dress was she looking for and asked what was my budget. I told her I didn’t want to spent a lot on a dress and she called the owner and told him to work with me to get a nice dress but not to expensive, and they both gave me a good deal. After looking at a lot of beautiful dresses it got harder to choose but finally my daughter got the dress she wanted. The dress is beautiful.
