Absolutely HORRIBLE! Ordered specific white & blush roses for corsage/boutonniere, paid well over $50 immediately upon website order, received hot pink roses at pickup. Returned flowers immediately, received extreme customer service bad attitude for their mistake, and was advised that the refund has to be returned to my debit card. Two weeks later and many phone calls to the corporate office, my money was finally refunded while being advised " We forgot, sorry it took so long". Because of this company, I had to reorder new flowers with another flower shop last minute, pay again more money which should have been immediately refunded from Flower Patch, WVC on 5600 W, which shortened my acquired amount for my occasion, then had to fight for my refund back. As a male who doesn't really have much of an eye for his flower arrangements, I appreciate flower places where I can go describe what I want in a main flower and then they put it together with all the little greenery and little tiny flowers to make it look nice. Here, the lady working just pointed at a walk in fridge and told me I could pick out a vase arrangement or pick out my own stuff to make a wrap. I didn't want a vase, and was planning on doing a wrap. Anyway, the wrap looks okay, they do arrange what you pick out into a wrap thing. Ordered a boutonniere for my daughter's homecoming and was SO excited that they had an option for a magnet! I made a really big deal about it when it ordered it. I pick it up today and there is no magnet, just the pins (my nemesis!). I don't get an apology, just them showing me that the order sheet the girl did didn't have the magnet on it. I told them how hard it was for me last year to pin the boutonniere on, and I was told I could always Google it. She said next year they will be sure to get my order right, but I would NEVER go to a place again that can't even take a simple order for one...
