For the same dish as Panda Express they charge the same amount and the quality of food is not so great as panda. The noodles taste and look like regular spaghetti noodles not authentic Asian noodles. The veggies that come with the side taste like they came out of a frozen package and the quality of the rice is not so great it tastes like it was microwaved. This is my first time trying this place out and I'll probably stick with panda. The chicken however taste like Panda it's pretty good. And then on top of that they ask for a tip I'm not sure exactly what I'm tipping for the service didn't exceed my expectations or anything extraordinary. Tipping nowadays is just ridiculous especially if I'm paying a premium price for microwave food. Overall the foods okay it's edible but I don't think it's worth $11.99. I can see why nobody's here during rush hour.

Original review: I have liked Teriyaki Grill for a while, and think their spicy chicken with noodles is incredible. It easily feeds 2 people, imo, and is flavorful and leaves you feeling good. However, today I had the immense displeasure of finding a foot-long black hair buried in my dish. Yuck! I would have submitted a complaint online but couldn't find any mechanism for that kind of feedback. UPDATE: Eddie the store owner got in touch with me and offered a free meal, but what’s more—they took my feedback seriously and started using hairnets for longer-haired employees. I appreciate the customer service and updated my review accordingly.

The place has just about everything for a successful business: good food, good service, and a decent, but empty, atmosphere. There really weren't any customers in there compared to the other places next to it like Firehouse Subs and Cafe RĂo. We were the only ones in the dining room at 6p on a Thursday night. Maybe the food costs? All decent meals are at least $11.99 each. We bought three salads, and with tax, it came to $41.10. I couldn't afford a tip. They encourage you to pay a tip of 15%, 20%, or 25%. Had I paid a 25% tip, we could have paid $50 for 3 salads. Yeah, this isn't going to be a future "go to" place.

My friend and I decided to try this place for lunch. It was kind of a weird experience because there was some confusion over my drink. I got charged for a soda when I only wanted a water cup. The guy ringing us up, refused to void the drink off my order. He said he would get in trouble if he voided an order. I considered leaving, but ended up just getting a Coke even though I only wanted water. My friend wrote a complaint and the employee brought the drink refund to my table. So it all worked out in the end. Just a really weird experience having someone ring me up and then refusing to take off something that I didn’t want. The food was amazing though so I will definitely come back. I will just make sure I’m very clear about my order because apparently you can’t change your mind once the total...

We dine-in and take-out. The food arrives promptly and the staff is courteous. I've placed online orders for the past few months, and our food is ready when I arrive. The Teryaki Steak and/or Teryaki Chicken plates are my family's favorites! I like to order extra vegetables. One teryaki sauce is included per plate.

After trying the sushi, a couple of my family members claim it's not the best. The rice crispy treats on the counter look delicious, but I have yet to try one. The price of the meals are somewhat reasonable, but it's expensive anywhere these days.

When searching Teryaki Grill on Google, I select website / order online / scroll down and choose location. When completing your order, it directs you to SkyTab online to pay. You can also order...
