I built my own burger. First time coming in. I was going to go to Firehouse subs, But thought I would try this place, since I have never been in. I built my own 1/3 pound burger. It was great. My issue is the combo is very expensive, and then when i get the fries, they are lacking.... seriously. They dont look good. They look like, I dont know.. small left over batch or something. Too dark and wrinkly. Not appealing to look at, and the taste isn't there for the price. The more you look at them, they really don't even look good. The dipping sauces were better. The hickory sauce was my preference. If the fries were better, then they would have gone well together. Probably better with onion rings still. If I had just had the burger, I'd say it was worth the price by itself, almost. Because the drink shouldn't be so expensive. Overall I would come back for the Burger every once in a while. Just because eating out is expensive but I wanted to try this place on my way home from work. The fries really killed it, being so expensive and not worth it. I wanted to finish them because they were expensive and I was hungry. Oh and being CASHLESS? Really... like your employees cant handle money or maybe not trusted with it? Trying to say you make it "easier "on them, when really that means you can't find employees that can count cash and coins. Society is to blame partly but being cashless threw me for a surprise. First restaurant that was cashless I found, and not because of covid or some other bull* reason

I had a mixed experience. The food was great. The service was less than stellar. I ordered a Blue Cheese burger combo with a drink. It was my first time at Tony's. I didn't realize they didn't have combos on the menu. Unfortunately, the cashier didn't say anything so I ended up with a burger and a drink - no fries. When the server brought our my burger I asked about the fries she asked if I ordered fries, and I said yes since I thought I had. She said to give her a couple minutes and she would bring some. No fries ever came . I presume she confirmed with the cashier that none were ordered. I would have gladly paid for them, but since nobody ever said anything, I ate my burger while waiting and then left without any fries. Food was good. Communication, not so much.

We were excited to try this. All the hype on the website how they searched all over to get a juicy burger. The meat itself has no flavor I can make it better at home. We ordered 4 burgers one blue cheese on and a small tony and 2 ol reliable. Our 2 old reliables had nothing on it. No veggies, cheese or condiments. I have to go to work so I don’t have time to go back and have them fix it. But it was not busy for they to mess up like this. If the meat itself was juicy and flavored as advertised it would be different. We added our own veggies and stuff at home . All around disappointed .

This was my first time trying their food. I ordered a burger, small fries and drink. It was somewhere between $20-$25 for just me. So for that, I expect a GOOD burger and fries. I can get a sit down steak dinner for basically the same price.

Well, the food came out after some time (about 15-18 minutes). The fries were good. I bit into the burger. And the burger had all the wrong toppings on it. Stuff I don't like.

Clearly they messed my order up with someone else's. Which is weird, because I was the only person in there. Anyway, I went up and showed them. After a few minutes of back and fourth between the register employee and the cook, they said they would remake it.

It took them another nearly 15 minutes to make the burger. So I ended up eating my fries after about 10 minutes of that time. Otherwise they would have been cold and soggy. So for approaching $25 I got to eat fries by themselves. Then a burger separate about 30 minutes after I first entered this place. Where I was the only one in there the entire time.

No offer to remake my fries to eat them with my burger whatsoever. Extremely poor customer service and experience for that cost. And why it took so long when I was the only customer there the entire time is beyond me. I felt ripped off to be totally honest.

EDIT: I have now read other reviews and it appears this location has a TON of bad reviews. The manger seems to respond to many asking for another chance. But offers absolutely NOTHING to make it right with customers. Terrible service. Flat out. And now I read they won't accept cash either. I can't support businesses that don't make things right with customers. Charge as much as they do. And then won't take cash, which is the founding currency of America! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A GOOD BURGER! Not impressed with this...

Tony Burgers is my go to burger spot. I love the burgers here, this trip I tried the grilled cheese burger and it was delicious, the grilled onions and the melty cheese made this burger! Love the food here, my only criticism would be the lack of customer service by the employee working the cash register, no smile which came off as non friendly right away, ordered drinks had to ask him for the cups and then got some hesitation from the employee to even give them to me had to ask again. Normally wouldn't complain about this , but noticed I wasn't the only customer that experienced this while I was there. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years everyone has a bad day so this won't stop me from going back the food is just too good, however I'm not everyone and the person that greets you at the counter will set the tone for many on a return visit so at least have the counter person that likes people working...
