Firehouse Subs West Valley — Restaurant in West Valley City

Ordered in store for take out at 346pm on 03/16. Not a single other customer in store. 1 large hook and ladder on wheat all the works with 3 add ons (cucumber peppers and olives) bbq sauce also. 1 medium club on a sub all the works no add ons. Get home after waiting for what seemed like forever and after getting settled noticed the Hook and Ladder did NOT have a single thing asked for let alone there wasn't even deli mustard on it to top it off it wasn't even a hook and ladder but a club on a sub. The medium club was missing deli mustard also. $27 paid i wanted to wait until Monday (today) to talk with the manager because we didn't get a receipt either. The person Sandra who said she was the GM was put on the phone after speaking with a male who said he was the manager. She asked what happened and instead of making it right she placed blame on the customer for not getting a receipt that was never given and not even stapled to the bag not holding on to the sandwich to bring back into the store today to verify we aren't lying. Its not often we come here very few and far between but this is the 2nd time this has happened and I've never been so disrespected by this manger or GM Sandra. Why would I have the same kids who messed up the 1st time make it a 2nd? I had to repeat myself 3xs already while I was there. I highly doubt that myself, my family or anyone else I know will be visiting that location again. Horrible all the way around. $27 for attitude and...

I really enjoy the food here. It's so delicious! Ive always ordered it though. Decided to try dining in instead. When we walked in there was 2 employees that I could see. One in the lobby area, the other behind the counter. Neither of them greeted us or even acknowledged us. We shrugged it off and browsed the menu. Neither of them budged for a solid 3-5 mins. Finally the one in the lobby zooms past us to the back area and comes back out, zooming past again. Following her is another girl that was kind enough to place our order. It wasn't a terribly long wait. Got a drink and the pop machine was so gross decided to shrug it off I didn't need a drink. The whole vibe was something out of twilight zone. Eerily quiet the whole time, no music, no talking, nothing. How fun to listen to yourself chewing lol. Sit down and eat and employee #1 decides to roll up the floor matt and puts it on the garbage can that's right next to my hubby mid bite as I watched pieces of dirt go flying. This was my first and last time eating at firehouse,I mean my experience, where do I start🙄my order was taken by "Aubrey" and she charged me for a club but when I got home I had a turkey bacon?? I think🤔when I specifically told her "I don't like bacon"it had no mayo mustard,let's just say it was dry as a bone with very little meat and no cheese,I could have gotten better off a food truck!! I then proceed to call and let them know my order was wrong and I was not satisfied only to get hung up on several times,at one point whoever answered said"we are not taking orders" when according to my clock they were still open for 2 hrs🤔I finally gave up on trying to complain about their mistake,needless to say I will not recommend anyone to eat at firehouse subs...waaaay to expensive and not worth it.they say first impressions mean alot well you all failed in so many ways I won't be coming back and I will be contacting corporate...if this is how you treat customers you have no business in this type of industry...
