I am very disappointed in this place. I usually like to shop here but my sister had a horrible time at this place today. She went shopping with her two young kids aged 3 and under. The cart she had to take around with them was very small, not accommodating to her needs. She took a while picking out some things she wanted to decorate her child's bedroom. She notice at this time that one of the frames she wanted to purchase was cracked, however, she figured she could get a small discount. When she approached the register, some of the frames slipped out the bottom. All the employees gave her bad looks instead of trying to help. One of the items didn't have a price tag and instead of offering to go get a new one, the employee asked her to go get another similar item herself all while she's holding her baby in her arms. To make matters worse, once she was done with her purchase, she went to put her kids in the car and come back to grab her stuff, the MANAGER told the employee he didn't have to help her with her stuff. What kind of customer service is this?!! I'm beyond disappointed in this place and the terrible service they provided for my poor sister today. You would think in a state that has many young families they would have been more...
Read moreI worked at this Marshallâs for 3 years and it used to be such a great place, this last weekend I have decided to never go to this location again. Their current staff is more than disrespectful! My sister loved a pair of shoes that wore clearly worn before, bottoms were trashed but still wearable, we KINDLY asked if they could discount it. Not a specific amount, but something to cover the damages that were made by someone else. The cashier asked someone else if they could mark it down and the lady rudely rolled her eyes and said âwe could take a dollar offâ with attitude; despite the low offer to mark down ruined shoes I said okay and then she complained I wanted the dollar taken off. âItâs only a dollarâ she said. I never ask for discounts, but with how damaged the bottoms of the shoes were, when I worked there we would be more than happy to meet the requests of our guests to certain to a certain extent, but the response and attitude that was received I couldnât believe it. I left the shoes, and made a different store better their sales after this experience. No guest should deal with someone like that- I hope other guests were treated better...
Read moreWORST PLACE TO SHOP!! I love shopping at my Marshallâs by Murray, but like itâs closed I told my self to give the west valley city Marshalls a chance, worst experience ever. They never have enough employees on registers and itâs always busy and the poor employees are stuck with a long line, but when I checked out the employee was nice and she needed help, but when she asked for help from her manager he was so incredibly rude he threw a stapler and gave her a mad attitude I was even concerned for her. After that she was asking for questions I think she was new, but he was telling her when they teach her something she has to listen and learn fast and keep the line shorter like Mr sheâs doing her best, but I felt this bad energy after and she was pretty sad and apologized for the inconvenience I told her what his name was so I could talk to corporate and she said his name was Mark. Very rude to treat customers/ employees this way I wish I could give this place 0 stars...
