I live close to this Target, & When i come here i go into this Starbucks & TRY to order a Frapp & the Frappuccino machines are “shut down” a whole hour before closing. So I decided to ask why they’re “shut down”, the employee said because they are in a “deep rinse” (or whatever) that takes “15 minutes” (BUT WHY ARE THEY SHUT DOWN A WHOLE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING IF IT TAKES 15 MINUTES TO DEEP RINSE)Then i asked her why a whole hour before if it only takes 15 minutes, she said “that’s how they taught her” ... well I don’t blame her if that’s how they taught her but I find it ridiculous. Also the service at this particular Starbucks is HORRIBLE, there is a guy that looks like a little boy who works there with all the attitude in the world like he hates his job with the face he carries around. Then this other girl she has long hair and was there too today she makes horrible drinks she also has an attitude. If they don’t like their job why are they still there?! The girl I spoke to today seemed like she was new or just wasn't as rude so no beef against her but the...

The current barista needs some training in customer service as well. I got ridiculed when ordering a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino ("I wish they stopped selling these, these require the most steps to make") and a pumpkin spice frappuccino ("I'm surprised people aren't tired of these already"). I don't come here to get judged!
Other baristas there couldn't figure out what "light whip" means when I asked for it. I'd like a little whip cream, but I always get it with extra whip cream.
Oh well, I'll go...
Read moreI’ve been here a few times. Every time the area by the hot coffee, ice and food is covered with flys. Baristas do not follow standard Starbucks operating procedures, I order the same thing and it never turns out consistent. I order a iced americano, then the barista asks me if I want light or dark roast( never been asked that before) I though I’d change it up and I said light roast. After they made my drink I tried it and it was awful, very watered down and the beans were old. I asked what kind of espresso it was. The barista explained that to make a americano with light roast, it’s simply the dark roast beans with less espresso and more water to make it taste lighter… the baristas here need to...
