I am extremely disappointed with the permanent makeup that I received from this business. I had my second session on November 30, 2023, and unfortunately, one eye did not receive enough eyeliner. Not only that, but I also had a very unpleasant experience during the session. The technician Perla (owner) dropped the needle on my head and instead of apologizing, she laughed it off as if it was a joke. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Moreover, the business constantly changes appointments and makes excuses, making it difficult to schedule and receive the services that I paid for. This lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable.

I had high hopes for my permanent makeup, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Please take my review into consideration before making the decision to use this business for your permanent makeup needs. I went somewhere else to get it done...
