Hot Oven Pizza — Restaurant in West Jordan

I give 3 stars because the food is amazing. I've been in to order pizza in person about 4 times. However don't even think about calling and ordering like a normal pizza place. The online ordering from their website says it's unavailable and I've called this place 5 times today in the last hour spread out and not gotten an answer and 1 of the times the person literally picked up and hung up the phone so I called back only to again go to the message saying no messages can be left. Not that I wanted to leave a message anyways. I can't leave work to go wait for a pizza to be made so I guess I just won't be eating here unless I have time to waste.

Edit: I have now tried calling this place over 20 times on different days at different times and NEVER has anyone answered the phone. Most calls were around noon and about 4pm (I get off work at 430 so I'd love to pick up after work). I have worked at a Papa Johns so I understand busy times but the thing is once I called 3 times within 20 minutes, I get no answer, then I go there (takes me 7 minutes to get there) and find the guy sitting there doing nothing with no pizzas on order (I asked him about how busy he was). He was watching youtube on his phone. This tells me your staff purposefully does not answer phones. It's sad cause this place could make so much more money with how good the food is. Unfortunately instead of me being able to eat here 1 time every week I can maybe once every couple months because nobody will...

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, but never got around to it. Got a card with some coupons in the mail today and decided to try it out. I get there and there was only 2 guys running the whole place. They both had pretty thick accents and were hard to understand. The guy I worked with couldn't get my simple order right, I just wanted the coupon deal (1 topping pizza and garlic bread) and an additional cheese pizza, he kept arguing that it was garlic bread not a cheese pizza. He couldn't understand that I wanted another pizza. Just got the coupon deal and left, stopped at another place to get the cheese pizza on the way home. Place got slammed about 5 minutes after I ordered and I saw several people have a similar experience. Pizza was ok. But not great, it tastes like a cheap, store brand frozen pizza. Im pretty sure they stuck the pepperoni on after it was cooked. They fell right off and were cold. I would never buy anything thats not on their express menu because its extremely overpriced. Worst experience! ORDERED PICK UP got there after expected time and it wasn't ready. Then I was told pizza was dropped and they had to Make another . Waited 20 minutes to be told that the $42 pizza I ordered wasn't cooking and the oven wasn't working. He already charged my credit card and said the first pizza was ready. I was late to get my kids to sports practice so they sent me home with a raw pizza home. The pizza was the largest size they sell and it didn't fit into my oven.
