Service extremely slow. Staff seemed inexperienced probably the cause of slow service. I said to the lady it was my first time at a Starbucks. I ordered a ultra carmel frappuccino. I asked for whipped cream she said it comes with it. When i got outside it looked like there was none. My daughter took it back in for me and asked for whipped cream. The women gave her attitude and said there is whipped cream on it that it is espresso whipped cream and that I should have specified what kind I wanted. Well when I told her it was my my first time in Starbucks and did it come with whipped cream she should have asked what kind I wanted if there were choices. Also I can go to McDonald's and get the same thing cheaper and with better flavor. I wont be going back to this Starbucks every again....

The store manager decided to get on the line to make drinks. Unfortunately, she made my drink instead of a barista and had no idea what she was doing. Filled my cup up with foam and told me it wasn’t foam as if I’m not looking directly at it. I’ve been getting the same drink for over 10 years from Starbucks daily. Decided to get a refund for my drink, but the manager was extremely nasty. I had to call Starbucks directly to report the horrible customer service. When I asked her who was the District manager she said that she did not have one and that she was the store manager as if no one was above her. I would hate to work for someone like that. The employees there looked helpless. This store needs new management and better customer service. Won’t patronize this...

Love this Starbucks location. Some of the baristas know my name and my drink, and a few make conversation with me.
Free Wifi. Clean store. Clean bathrooms.
Very fast paced. They get through orders quickly and efficiently.
UPDATE: So I'm sitting here at Starbucks and have an amazingly klutzy moment, knocking my iced coffee to the floor. I get up to see if I can grab a mop to clean it up, but the manager is already on top of it. He sees the spill grabs the mop, cleans it up in no time. So I go back to working (didn't ask for a refill or anything) and the manager comes back to me with my drink! I didn't even say anything. What an awesome way to treat a customer. Had to update from 4 to 5 stars. Thanks...
