Lovesac — Local services in West Windsor

The staff are friendly. However, there was an issue where days after our purchase they claimed the payment did not go through and therefore did not order the pieces. However the charge still went through a week and a half later. Plus the order was incorrect to begin with. Call center does not pick up or call back after leaving multiple messages. The chat people only contact the store from which the purchase was made, they do not attempt to help you themselves. And after finally asking for a refund, days later still no confirmation of a refund being processed.

After checking online, I read the reviews, which to sum up are if you have no issues you will be happy. But if there are any issues, you will have a hard time no matter what this issue is, ranging from deliveries being damaged, late, or incorrect to orders being incorrect or not entered. And one review went as far to say they had to file a police report since they were not refunded their money. And people have trouble finding help as we did through the call center, store, and the chat box. Please be careful when dealing with...

Our experience at this location was great. We came in with lots of questions and Aidan answered all of them. They switched the configurations at the store for us to experience exactly what we were looking for. We kept constant communication through the text messaging system they have throughout the whole process (shopping, buying, delivery). I had more questions which Randy answered through text and calls, she was very patient with me and even changed the quotes I had numerous times. Shipping was extremely fast. We bought on 8/2 and received 12 boxes on 8/6 with 1 more box coming on 8/8. Aidan and Randy made sure we received everything we needed to assemble our sactional and followed up after to ensure we were satisfied with our order. The assembly was a little tough eith putting covers on and the pieces not aligning with the shoes very easily (I do think we weren't doing it right) but the couch has been very comfortable. I wanted to post a quick review to address the timeline transparency and communication with the Princeton location. I was hesitant to order due to all the comments about shipping issues. Most important to me was the communication throughout the process. I would get regular text updates (from a person, not a robot) that our peices were about to ship, and then that they were going to be delivered. I could easily text back and ask questions if needed. Communication was excellent. The couches shipped SO fast. We got one of the quick ship fabrics. We ordered on a Friday and we had all but two side pillows by Tuesday.
