I got married this May and worked with Steve Paige for three rings, the engagement for my wife & our two wedding bands.

When I was first exploring options and stopped by Kay, Jared, etc I was not impressed. I decided to visit our local jeweler and am so glad that I did.

Steve personally worked with me to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted, was professional, patient, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Can not recommend him enough.

What you want as someone who is going through the process of getting married is one person you can trust, communicate with and rely on. Steve will personally manage & take care of everything.

What you lose when you deal with a big jewelry company is having one person that understands the whole picture. It would be like going to get your hair cut or a suit made and having a new barber or tailor every time. Save your time and develop a relationship with one person who understands you.

Do not take your watch here. Not only was my watch partially fixed, it was actually destroyed. The hands were broken and the replacements scratched the face. I still was required to pay for the repair that destroyed the face of the watch.

I paid $500 to have the watch fixed. Two weeks after it was fixed the hands on the face broke. I was charged $40 to have the hands replaced. When I received my watch back the new hands had scratched the face of the watch and is now unrepairable. This was a $1500 Hamilton Automatic.
