Leaving reviews isn't something I do often, but when I do, it's for places like Cha Cha N Bean—exceptional spots that truly deserve recognition. From the moment you step in, you're enveloped in an experience that goes beyond just great food. My personal favorites being the Spicy Tuna and Smoked Salmon Onigiri. They are complemented perfectly by an array of tantalizing teas and boba flavors. Personally, I can't get enough of the Rose Tea, Matcha, and Blue Flower Earl Grey—they're simply divine.
However, what sets Cha Cha N Bean apart is more than just its menu. It's the atmosphere of warmth and inclusivity that pervades every corner of the establishment. During the time I am writing this, I witnessed a heartwarming exchange between one of the owners and a young customer who communicated through sign language. Despite a few unknown signs, the owner's genuine efforts to connect were touching to witness. It's these small acts of compassion that truly define the spirit of this place.
What's even more remarkable is the genuine care and dedication of the owners, who take the time to build meaningful connections with their patrons. As someone who has once worked extensively in customer service, I can attest that this level of genuine care is rare and invaluable. It's not just a business ethos; it's the very heart and soul of Cha Cha N Bean.
In a world where genuine connections can sometimes feel scarce, Cha Cha N Bean stands as a beacon of community and compassion. It's more than just a café—it's a sanctuary where good food, good company, and good vibes converge to create an unforgettable experience. It also makes for a wonderful place to write, and where I hope I can complete my novel one day. If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be...
Read moreThis place is a charming addition to downtown! It's definitely the kind of bright, cozy, well-decorated spot that invites lingering with friends. There's much more space than I expected, and seating is arranged into welcoming areas of various sizes. There's a small, well-curated selection of tea and coffee gift items, as well as some candies and snacks that will likely be a hit with the crowds apt to fill this place when school lets out. There's also a wide variety of books and games, as well as a prominent community bulletin board that gives the entire place a great local vibe.
As for the menu items, I visited within the first half hour of today's opening, so I can only speak to the match milk tea I had, which was delicious. It had actual tea flavor to it, unlike the overly sugary matcha drinks available at places that are more coffee-oriented. (Desired sugar level is even one of the things customers are asked to specify when ordering.) Because this is only a soft opening, the menu isn't yet fully expanded, but there was definitely still a good selection. Service was fabulous, with the staff very friendly and eager to ensure that customers had a great first visit. Despite a very large group order going in right before mine, the staff managed to juggle everything efficiently. I will definitely be making many more visits here and suspect it will become a new go-to spot to meet up...
Read moreI absolutely love this tea shop! It’s so cute and charming-I love the feel and atmosphere from the moment you walk in. It is very inviting and community focused-they have a “little free library” inside and games to play. The interactions I have had with the various staff has been wonderful they are very helpful. I enjoy browsing the unique merchandise they have for sale inside and of course they have some of the best drinks I’ve ever tasted. I love how you can order to your desired ice/sweetness level. Many different options to choose from-I’m excited to try them all! During my first visit a few weeks ago I had the Taro Milk Tea with Coffee Jelly which was great. Today was my second visit and I brought my daughter who is a big Boba fan and she absolutely loved her Mango Lemonade with Mango Boba and I had a Passionfruit Green Tea with Passionfruit Boba. We played a game together and had a great time! Looking forward to our future visits and I highly recommend this...
