J.Crew — Local services in Westlake

Came to the shop looking for a sweater as a gift for a friend. The ladies at the counter greeted me with smiles and were eager to help me find what I was looking for within my budget. I was super impressed with how quickly they found what I was in search of. Superb customer service and beautiful sweater. The recipient loved it.

Plus, I came in just an hour before close. Whereas some shops would ignore you or be annoyed that you’re there late, they had no such attitude (unlike competing stores on the same block 🙄). Thanks J Crew...

I have to admit that I rarely actually buy anything from J. Crew but this rating is about the store versus the brand. The associates there have always been helpful and they occasionally have water and little snacks they offer. Not a very big men's section, but good options...
