LOFT — Local services in Westlake

Was waiting on my girlfriend to try on clothes so I sat on one of the displays right outside the dressing rooms. Out of the way of customers and everything. Then some fake red haired snooty old lady in a skimpy skirt with leggings underneath and a grey blazer trying to look younger than she actually was came out and rudely told me to move and that the place where I was sitting wasn't meant to carry wait and that I could hurt myself. Would have been ok if she hadn't have been so loud and obnoxious about it. Plus the snooty "I'm better than you because I work at the loft" look on her face didn't help make the matter any better. I suggested they get seats then and she claimed they had no control over that. Well maybe they don't, but then your displays shouldn't be designed so that people waiting think they can sit on them. Or maybe it's just another reason for loft employees to act stuck up and feel like they're someone important. Let the angry defensive...

One of the only retailers to offer petite sizes, which makes online shopping easier. Staff is super nice and helpful. Kind of like having your own personal shopping assistant.

My only complaint is checking out. Every time, and I mean every time, it takes my at least 8 minutes to get to the register with 1 or 2...
