Got a $1000 cross necklace for Christmas, two days later the diamond fell out. They were kind enough to let us do in store credit and I got a beautiful ring! BUT THIS IS THE REASON IM WRITING THIS REVIEW. the ring was worth $2000 marked down to $ 600 okay awesome so I decided to get the ring and a couple Pandora bracelets. Not even a couple months later THE DIAMOND out of the ring fell out. I don’t care if it’s marked down, this shouldn’t be happening! The customer service is great, which is why we wanted to come back and get more but after these experiences never again. I’m seriously so upset I could cry. This was my boyfriends first jewelry gift to me and it was extremely sentimental. I’m hoping this can be solved. I literally do hair for a living I don’t do harsh work with my hands! And I always wear gloves with chemicals!

I recently went in to have a ring appraised and that experience was not terrific. The owner, Bill, was the one that helped me on this occasion. He took one look at my ring and said it was an Amethyst. I told him that that is not what my mother had told me. His response was "are you calling me a liar?" I managed to have my ring appraised by a different jewelry store and it was in fact NOT an Amethyst. The owner needs to learn how to speak to customers or not speak to them at all. If you need any beautiful jewelry from Benson's you shouldn't have a problem. Just make sure you aren't helped...

When they finally did, he told them his budget (enough to purchase what he wanted) and the guy got up and walked away. Incredibly rude. Then the women behind asked a man if he could help her and he replied "I'm the owner." So she asked again and he again just said "I'm the owner." Apparently being the owner makes you above being able to help customers. I can not believe the disrespect from this business. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.
