Store Design The taxidermy at Buffalo Ranch Rustic Home Furnishing is worth stopping in to visit. Like many of the other stores in Weston, the shop itself is verry long and narrow. During the holiday rush, be prepared to be a bit snug inside. There are so many fun things to look at - really let your eyes wander.

Christmas Gifts Tons of great gifts! The amount of dog ornaments of every breed really made my eyes light up. They were displayed in glass jars so you could see what was available with ease. Lots of cute doggy themed cards/prints as well.

Service It took 45 minutes for my sister-in-law to buy her ornament because of a guest, not because of the owner. There was one lady working the register and her friend helping bag items. Unfortunately, my SIL got caught behind an elderly woman buying a clock. While being rung up, the elderly lady decided to do thorough research regarding the clock's battery life, warranty, and every facet of the clock's history. My SIL put her items down, came outside to tell us she was still in line, and came back to find all her stuff had been put away, so she had to grab them again 😂 Some miscommunication, I suppose. I hope that elderly lady enjoyed her clock because she seemed to know everything about it.

Final Thoughts The animal featured as decor and in the name of the shop is actually a bison, not a buffalo. Buffaloes are found in Africa & Asia, not the Americas. I did find the designs of the bison were quite cute along the exterior...

First time going into the store, it is set up really clean with a lot of neat items to view and purchase. Prices on jewelry is rather high but beautiful to look at. A lady that worked there walked by my daughter (5 year old) and knocked into her didn’t tell her sorry nothing just kept walking. One lady employee stopped and talked to me about naming animals and stuff animals she was really nice and seemed very customer service oriented. We kept searching for things and my daughter found a donkey stuff animal, after seeing the price tag I told my daughter it was a no go. So she placed it on a bottom shelf, then we left the store. The rather rude employee yelled at us outside if we were going to purchase the donkey stuff animal. I said we left it in the store she said well where? So I turned around to show her as I went in all she said was “I found it” talk about lacking customer service. If it wasn’t for the other lady and her nice and pleasant discussion I would give that store a lot...

This place is amazing and Claudia is just phenomenal. I was in Weston several weeks ago and picked up several small pieces of taxidermy. I had never owned any and she explained everything and gave me instructions on care of the mount and helped me choose the best pieces for me. The shop is full of amazing items and there is truly something for everyone. So many unique, high quality and thoughtful gifts. Truly a wonderful...
