I discovered this place online when looking for replacements for some of my Celtic needs. I was immediately pleased with the web site and the availability of items I wanted (namely, a traditional Grandfather button-down in white and a lovely knit vest). I wasn't sure whether to order size L or XL (I'm always in the middle, it seems), and I called to ask about return policy. Jerri indicated immediately that, in the event something didn't fit, I had 30 days with free return shipping and no restocking fee. I purchased what I needed. The very next day, Jerri emailed me directly and apologized that one item was not in stock and asked me if I desired to be reimbursed or to wait and have it shipped. My items arrived very quickly and they fit perfectly! Great quality, too (you can really tell). She was very responsive and communicative. I'm 100% pleased with how they do business here. As a business owner, I can tell you that it's uncommon to have this type of communication and responsiveness. I came to this storefront to purchase a new kilt. I had seen the Kiltman Kilts online and was impressed with what I saw but felt more comfortable buying face to face and getting to handle the merchandise before forking over the money. What a delightful store! All manner of Celtic themed awesomeness from minor trinkets to some seriously high quality apparel. But enough about the merchandise... the human factor was what really made this store stand out. Two lovely ladies greeted me and I was pleased to find I was in the presence of the proprietor of the store who is also the maker of the Kiltman Kilts. She then proceeded to give me simply outstanding service; every effort was made to make sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted/needed. For that kind of effort I was more than happy to keep shopping and purchase even more than I'd intended when I walked in. I live 3 hours from Weston, Mo but love the town and like to make a special trip at least twice a year. I always visit the Celtic Ranch on my trips and had pleasant shopping experiences. On 9/20/17, I visited the store with intent; I was looking for tweed waistcoats for my upcoming wedding. I found exactly what I wanted but was unsure of sizing. I took a card from next to the register and drove back to Lincoln. Once I queried the groom and groomsmen, I emailed Cara. I told her the suit sizes of the men and she suggested the sizes I would need in the waistcoats. She searched the store and storage to ensure that she had all the sizes we needed. I then made a trip the next Sunday with the groom to try the grandfather shirts and waistcoats on. Everything fit perfect. Cara was there to assist us with our shopping and purchase.
