Weston Coffee Roastery — Restaurant in Weston

This is a great diner type restaurant. I've eaten breakfast and lunch there. I thought their breakfasts were excellent. The biscuits and gravy take up the whole plate. If I remember correctly, the omelets did as well. So when I can buy a breakfast at a restaurant that is cooked like I can at home and fills me up, that's excellent. I thought breakfast for 4 was cheap, but I can't remember how much I spent.

The lunches were generally good. They do burgers like I cook 'em on my grill and they have some creative flavors, credit that as excellent. I had a reuben, and it was a little puny, compared to their burgers and breakfasts. The other lunches had similar reviews to my reuben from family and friends, so we mark those up as good.

Came to check out some of the filming locations from the Lifetime film "Rebuilding A Christmas Dream." This lil adorable coffee shop was so fun to visit!

I absolutely adore all of the taxidermy critters dressed up for the holidays. There's some really neat historical artifacts near the area where you order your drinks including a timeline of the building, an antique coffee grinder, and an alarm that will sound if you touch the furs 👀

I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream & sprinkles. My husband got a warm muffin and the apple cider. I thought it was a nice touch that the cider could come either as cold or warm. The staff was extremely kind and efficient given the amount of people who were ordering.

Ate here for lunch. Service was ok. Food the other hand was bad. They ran out of fried chicken. So the chicken fired chicken I ordered was not available. She suggested a chicken sandwich, then came back and said they could not make that because they were out of fried chicken. So my partner and I went with grilled chicken on both our sandwiches. The 1st bit of my sandwich tasted off. I thought it was the cheese or the bbq sauce. I took 2 bites and could not eat it. It tasted so bad. My partner was starving at this point so they put tons of ketchup and mustard on their sandwich. I ate my fries and we paid, then left. After 2 shops we feeling ill and having nausea.
