I have heard of bad restaurants and dreadful customer service stories around the globe, in far remote places but never experienced anything as disturbing as going to Pizza Lovers – Weston – did not have to travel too far. Server had the great proactive initiative (which I kind of admire to some extend yet evilly naïve) to present herself as the owner of the establishment after performing some quite remarkable series of events:

I have been coming here since march and never had a problem. Foods great service is great. On Fridays and Saturdays food takes longer than usual to be ready, but that’s due to the high volume of sales and orders received (I worked in a restaurant on weekends, I know the struggle)
Last night I went to pick up a pizza for me and my boyfriend, which I usually do on weekends. As I was waiting for my order in the store, this old lady was strongly complaining at one of the main servers (Nicole) making a huge scene at the restaurant. She was hysterical. She whined that her pizza took longer than usual on a Friday night! What a shocker!
She went on to leave the restaurant in a childish tantrum, demanding that her money was returned “IMMEDIATELY” and that she would leave a review.
I’m here to say that her review was not legitimate of what truly happened. She yelled and make such a scene that everyone at the restaurant stopped to look at her. She claims that the server (Nicole) was “rude” and “disrespectful” but in reality this old lady almost made her cry. (I can hear it in her voice) The server (Nicole) was extremely polite, responding respectfully to the old lady’s immature screaming. Never has Nicole or any of the servers been rude or disrespectful to me nor any customer that i’ve seen.
My reason for this comment/review was to share the truth. I saw this mess play out in front of my own eyes. I witnessed it live. And nothing makes me ANGRIER than terrible people like her who are rude to others and...
Read moreThe worst crew I’ve ever seen in a pizza place!!!! Our order had been made at 15:40 through the app Slice, it had been paid. So it was scheduled to be picked up from 19:30 to 19:40. We arrived there at 19:30 the 5 pizzas were not ready. So: 1- the 1st person said that our order had not been printed; 2- second person, 10 minutes later, said that one of the chefs had called off and it our order would take 15 minutes to get ready; 3- still 2nd person, 15 minutes later, said that the business values the customers dining in over take outs; 4- with 25 minutes of delay ou order was NOT on the schedule YET! 5- at 20:00hrs another customer came to pick up his order, scheduled for that time and ours was NOT in the oven YET!!! 6- in that meanwhile one of the “chefs” was caring more about what was going on at the cashier than doing his job, which would be cooking!!! 7- We left at 20:15 extremely upset with such amateurs! NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL, if there was at least one person with a minimum of common sense, once identified the problem, the mess they’ve done, that person would immediately fix the problem! But no, it didn’t happen. When we arrived at the scheduled time, our NOT READY YET ORDER, was put at the end of the line like any other one… lies, excuses and not even one single action to troubleshoot the mess they’ve done… that’s so ridiculously NOT PROFESSIONAL that these people deserve to close the doors for a good six months at least to properly train their employees, at least once… Worst of all? the pizza was not worthy all the trouble.
