I called Andy with interest in a watch they had, and almost immediately (though I had never heard of Old World Jewelers or Andy) I had a high level of comfort with our conversation and the specifics he was giving me. He took the time to check small details to my satisfaction and never tried to convince or sell - just helped me know everything I wanted to know so that I could decide the rest.
