This store has cheap products once you buy the products. The products either start following apart shortly or the products don’t work. I stopped here today and purchased an outdoor rug and I was charged incorrectly and the manager Alex wasn’t willing to do anything. I purchased a 6 x 9 rug and I was charged for a 7 x 10 rug because the manager Alex tried to tell me that a 6 x 9 and a 7 x 10 are the same size but a 7 x 10 would never fit where I wanted to put the outdoor rug only a 6 x 9 or smaller would fit so they are not the same size. I was charged $183 for the 7 x 10 rug and I looked up on their website what a 6 x 9 cost and on their website it shows that a 6 x 9 is currently on sale for $24 so I was Severely overcharged. I also tried to use a five dollar reward coupon that I had and they wouldn’t even let me use my five dollar coupon. This place is AWESOME!!! I only got to browse half of the store before they closed for the night, but I definitely will return to check out the other half. This one ranks among a small handful of stores I've ever been to where the phrase "if they don't have it then you don't need it" applies 100% The store, at what seems to be at least 100,000 square feet or more, was spotless and well organized and the staff were very courteous and helpful to someone who hadn't been in the store previously.

Placed an order for pickup. It was completed on time, but when I went to pick it up several items were not as expected and a few had visible damage to them. Luckily I looked at the items before leaving, but then I had to cancel the entire order and have the items I wanted rung up.. just a frustrating experience. The store was nicely kept, had a good selection, and the customer service was great at least.

Edit: adding a star because the online customer service was really great after my initial review. Also after getting a chance to walk the store more, they have a very large selection making this an excellent place to shop...
