I went in and right away purchased a piece of furniture (a little nightstand dresser with a drawer) and was Wheeling it up to pay for it and there was a woman with 2 kids off to the side. I look up and the cashier is waving for me to come to check out so I did, then the cashier proceeds to be rude to me because I "cut" in front of the woman and her kids, like excuse me YOU waved ME over and now you want to stand there in front of everyone and try to make me look like I am being rude?? I paid and went outside and they literally took the Wheeling thing from me so I had to sit outside in the freezing cold to wait for my Lyft to get there, now the woman with the children came out and even said I wasn't even being rude she wasn't paying attention she was in her phone and not to worry but I am worried about it I and my family come in there and spend ALOT OF MONEY and give to charities and THIS is how I am treated?!! Not going back again. I guess they are following suit with that Golden Bins place that is a joke! It seems like all shops in that plaza are leaving and going elsewhere, most likely because of the attitudes in general there, I will be going to Lucia or the Salvation Army and so will the rest of my family, I have cancer and sitting out in the cold was the LAST thing u should have been doing, I don't care if you were closing or not it is inhumane to make a paying customer sit outside and ON TOP OF THAT took any and all away to make it easier for that...

I frequent this establishment often and find it lovely and items are organized and well displayed. I visited today with my 88 year old mother and my mom spent quite a bit of time picking out a few possible items to purchase. When we arrived at the dressing rooms at exactly 5:50 we were informed that dressing rooms close 10 minutes before closing so she could not try them on. The manager was close by and I explained it is difficult for my mom to get out shopping and assured him we would be quick. He very rudely stated that there was a sign on the dressing room door (which is very small) which states dressing room closes 10 minutes before closing and did not allow my mother to try them on. I asked if he could hold the items until the next day and I would bring her back to try them on and he stated with attitude that they do not hold items. I frequent this store often and the people behind the checkout are always so friendly. I was very disappointed with the manager being so abrasive to myself and elderly mother. Buyer Beware. I purchased a 2 peice suit from here for a friend. When she tried it on we found the jacket size was different than the pant size. I called to ask if I could get a refund and was told by a very rude manger named Amy that I should had tried it on, so I explained that I did not buy it for myself so there was no reason to try it on. She said that its buyer beware here and there are no refunds. I said so if you wrote 2 peice on a tag then you should have checked to make sure it was actually a 2 peice set therefore the same size and if not then you could have sold them separate. She said sorry no refunds. This suit was in the designer section and I purchased for a friend who was going to job interviews and wanted to look professional. Mistakes happen even the lady who answered the phone initially could be heard in the background saying it was the stores fault but the manager was very rude. She is right buyer beware ...
