Customer service lacking here. I was making an online return and was at the register, yet the employee wanted to take care of another customer that just walked in since they had an in store return. Then I questioned the amount refunded and she said I was "pressuring" her! There was a line forming at this point and I had to wait. She rang up costumers without the courtesy of eve asking me to wait. The were 2 other employees there at the time. The manager was on break and the other was walking around. She should've asked for back up. Also, since I use a cane it would've been nice to at least hold a door for me. But I dragged a side table through the store and out the door. Never shopping...
Read moreI went into the store around 6:30pm on Thursday, April 29, 2021. I couldn’t find anyone working to help me and then I discovered the cashier on the phone. I eventually placed a dozen items on the counter and waited for a while but the conversation wasn’t ending. I told her I’d be right back and ran next door. I returned a few minutes after 7pm and the store was closed. I pounded on the window & the cashier came to the door and said her registered were closed now. She said she couldn’t help me and I said “you couldn’t help me a half hour ago!” ...
