I went in here in a Saturday with my wife, my 31 year old daughter and my 4 year old granddaughter. We went specifically for Pandora jewelry because they’re the only dealer in town, and it was for my birthday gift. We were followed around this tiny shop to the point that when I stepped backward, I bumped into an employee. We were looked at as trash just because we weren’t dressed up, or looked like “soccer moms”, despite the fact that my daughter and I’s handbags we were carrying cost a small fortune. I’m not sure if it was my biracial granddaughter they didn’t like, or maybe the fact that my wife and I are obviously a lesbian couple, but we were profiled. Meanwhile I watched Soccer mom Sara pocketing bracelets while laughing with the staff. I will be getting my Pandora jewelry online from now on. Shippings free and fast, anyway. Don’t go here if you aren’t a suburban characature carrying a cheap...

I typically shop here around 5 to 7 times a year. I enjoy refreshing my Pandora collection and often pick up pieces as gifts too. So I was really disappointed after receiving a coupon at the Empowerment event—especially since it had no restrictions printed on it—only to be told I couldn’t use it on the two items I had chosen: one from Pandora and one from Brighton.

On top of that, the entire shopping experience felt uncomfortable. The associate hovered over me the entire time, making me feel more like a suspect than a valued customer. I hate to say it, but I felt judged the moment I walked in. Honestly, my Balenciaga bag should’ve made it clear I wasn’t there to steal—I was there to support and spend.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me rethink shopping in-store. I may have to stick to buying my jewelry online from now on. It’s a shame—I really love supporting...

Patience and friendliness is beyond comparison. …Back story…I lost a very sentimental Pandora bracelet along with retired charms. For a year I was saddened just by the reminder of it.
