Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in West Virginia

I’d give this place a zero stars if I could! Today was the last straw. First off they have some servers there that shouldn’t even have a job! When they make a mistake they want to argue to justify their mistake. Their wine glasses and silverware consistently have left over food on them. They get mad when you keep sending the items back for clean ones. We have mentioned this issue to the management numerous times, yet they still blame it on the dishwasher malfunctioning. You would figure they would fix it by now!!! Today the waitress messed up over charged me, and when I pointed out her mistake she wanted to argue over and over. Finally I called her an idiot out of anger. Repeated myself asking for a manager four times finally she got one. The manager was mad because I called her waitress and idiot. Then told me she was escorting me out the door for doing so. She said I was inappropriate. No!!! Inappropriate would be calling her a dumb b*h because clearly she was being one! Now you can say I was unprofessional! So sick of ppl being allowed to treat you like your nothing and yet when you get fed up with it your the bad personal. Maybe if they would hire some people with brains they wouldn’t have these issues! Don’t worry Olive Garden I’ll take my money elsewhere for now on. Kicker today I was still over charged I got endless soup and salad they didn’t even give me the option to have another soup or salad. Still over paid but hey they got theirs that is all that...

Anniversary love!

Coming through on our way back from a road trip to Ohio, we chose this Olive Garden for a late dinner. There was no wait so we were seated immediately, 6 of us in our party. Our server Christy N. was wonderful. She asked if we were celebrating anything special which we were, our 29 year anniversary 💍

She promptly brought our drinks and took our orders. When she saw our bread basket empty, she brought more without us even asking. Everything was brought out in a timely manner from salad to soup to dinner and dessert.

The manager came to check on us and engaged about our anniversary and how long we have been married. She was very personable and we appreciated her conversation.

The dining area was clean and nicely decorated. 3 large areas along with a bar on the opposite side of restaurant.

Restrooms were clean. Toilet seat covers were offered in each stall. Changing table for infant changing available.

We were very pleased with our experience and highly recommend this location! Thank you!

I was basically ignored by my server who only had 3 tables so was not busy at all. Supposed to be able to get refills on soup but of course i couldn't since server ignored me. Food runner brought me my dinner but just sat there unable to eat it because no utensil to eat with and finally after my dinner sitting in front of me untouched for 20 minutes she finally came to my table and had the audacity to say I could use the table tablet to pay and asked if i wanted a box! What!?!? I exclaimed it hasn't even been touched because i need utensil to eat with! She replied with an attitude "oh well I'll be back then" and walked away. 5 MINUTES LATER she finally came back with utensil but of course it was ice cold! Manager came over and detailed my horrendous experience there and he was very nice and understanding and apologized several times and brought me a gift card for future visit and a box to put my ice cold dinner into. Did not offer to remake my dinner or even put it in microwave to warm it up so i could eat. So left there and ate down street at Texas Roadhouse which was awesome as usual. These guys would have gotten a 1 star but gave 2 only because manager was so nice and gave me a gift card for next visit. But they could have gotten a 3 or 4 if they would have remade my dinner or at least warmed it up so i could eat despite the poor service and server...
