I went in to sell some things and I had three totes, two of the totes were larger than they were supposed to be they had just opened and the lady said it's fine we're not busy but next time make sure they're the 18 gallon. I said if it's a problem I don't have to bring them all in. She was super nice and I really appreciated that. However that didn't last very long as I was walking around waiting on my things to be gone through I could hear her and the other two girls talking about the things that I had brought in, apparently some of them were outdated and that's totally fine you don't have to accept them I understand that. And I'm not mad that they were not accepted. However it was very embarrassing to hear the three employees in the store talking very loudly about how outdated they were and making comments as to why someone would have such old clothes. First of all they weren't really that old but apparently too old for the store but that's fine with me but they did not need to be talking about it especially that loud and all three employees. Also a gentleman came in to fix something in the back I have no idea what he was fixing but they also were talking about that man. While this man was in the back of the store working on things. so I do appreciate that they still looked through all of my totes. But the fact that all three of those young ladies student talked about my things like I wasn't even there like my things weren't good enough and how dare I ever owned clothes that were outdated and then to also talked about the gentleman that was in the back of the store was so unprofessional. I wonder if their boss realizes how they act and if they even care that their employees talk that loudly about the customers and others. Again I completely understand why my stuff was not accepted I did not realize that it had to be purchased in the last year or so to be accepted there. I am not mad about that whatsoever. However they have lost my business because of those three young ladies. I know that if I had a business I would want to know if my employees spoke that way about the customers and other people that I have coming inside my...

I have told so many people about ONCE UPON A CHILD. Not only do I buy all four of my kids clothes from here, but it is now my 3 year old daughters "Dress Shop". It's a bi-weekly routine to go here and buy all the prettiest dresses she can find. My fellow mom-bestie and I make this store our "wild mom's day out" stop. (Along with coffee 🥴). When we ask our daughters "Where do you guys wanna go?" Their answer is always "The Dress Shop/Store!" ONCE UPON A CHILD. We've found clothes with original tags still on them, and they've sold them for a quarter of the asking price, if not less. The STAFF are so UNDERSTANDING to the fact that KIDS are KIDS. It's kinda hard to explain, but 9 times out of 10, any mom, and sometimes dad, that goes in there with kid's, just get it. ITS ROUGH OUT HERE, times are getting tough, but ONCE UPON A CHILD, makes it just a little easier to be able to afford nice clothing, shoes, and toys for your kids, with kindness. ✌️My last trip, I bought $180 worth of clothing, and only paid $9.90. My boys (x3) get toys from here, and think they're King's, when they walk out with a whole new "fit", and shoes. This dress though 😭 originally over $100, paid $8.50. Great selection well organized and yes picky but when I brought in three totes of some small infant toys and clothes they only took 20 minutes to go through and said they were stained or couldn't find matches for the pjs but when I came home and was taking pictures to post online they didnt look touched like they were gone through because alot of the clothes were Nike from a children's place and well kept clean and the pjs all had matches and were together I'm not bashing the store it's a great place I just was hoping to get rid of the clothes that are taking up space that my son grew out of and yes you can compare prices to walmart and get the same thing for maybe the same price but the name brand is well priced and cheap hopefully my next visit is a little better...
