I'm so glad that they have a Xfinity Store near me now. It was nice going in, everyone was very friendly. There was a district manager named Justin who was there to help train new employees. I was helped by Amanda and Brie. Both very nice and informative. Sean is the manager. I think he really likes his job cause he seems super hyped. I came in today because the modem I just got didn't seem to be doing its job, and also upgrading my account just a bit. The process was easy and I'm very happy with my choices. I was able to get Netflix and Apple TV with Peacock for $30 a month. And I get my TLC back. Who wants to miss 90-day fiance, not me. I'm glad this store is down the street instead of over 10 miles away. It'll be much more convenient driving from my home for future problems if any.
