Dairy Queen (Treats and Cakes) — Restaurant in White Lake Charter Township

Normally this Dairy Queen is good, but what happened today was unacceptable. For context, this was a DoorDash order.

They gave my Dasher the wrong order and I realized before opening it by the name on the receipt. I contacted my Dasher and he went back to the store and they told him that it was probably the right order with the wrong name on it. They instructed my Dasher to tell me to open the order, and so I did and confirmed it was the wrong order. They found my order and gave it to my Dasher. My Dasher requested they remake both orders since a lot of time had passed and the order that was in my possession had now been opened by someone who was not the intended recipient. Dairy Queen REFUSED to remake either order. So my Dasher delivered my order, which was now completely liquid, and had to take the order I got originally and deliver it to the correct person even though it had been in my possession and opened at Dairy Queen's request. I don't know what kind of staff they had working today, but my Dasher indicated they were young and he was very frustrated with how they handled this. Who I truly feel bad for is the person that got their order that had been opened by me because Dairy Queen refused to double check their work or remake the order.

This Dairy Queen clearly does not care that they make mistakes and refuses to accept responsibility and rectify them, even when it involved the safety of the food going to their customers. Absolutely...

Very disappointed with this location. We usually get blizzards, and they are almost always lacking in toppings/mixins. Today i tried again and ordered a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard and it was mostly just vanilla ice cream, with like 6 pecans, and the saddest amount of chocolate i've ever seen. This location has pretty much also stopped with the clear, bubble tops for the blizzards. They use the flat lids like you use for pops, which means they're cutting down on how much ice cream they give you now too. All around just not worth the money,...

The pricing is inconsistent. I ordered the same thing two different days and was charge $2 more the second day, than the first. When I confronted the cashier about it, she got an attitude and displayed an incredibly offensive level of rudeness veiled under a shroud of politeness, and blamed the discrepancy on her coworkers ineptness. Customer service is incredibly lacking, I've also never seen the same employee there twice. It also took me 5 minutes to wait in line to get what I ordered. I will not be returning. Products...
