Pita Way - White Lake Mediterranean — Restaurant in White Lake Charter Township

Just got back from Pita Way. We enjoyed the food. That said, a couple of things that weren't great. We have never been there before. We were given a gift card and great reviews on the food. There was no clear place where we order. The cash register is right in front, but people were ordering in the back at the glass counter. Ok, so I guess we will follow?? So 3 people in front of us and 5 guys behind the counter putting together orders. Cool, I guess we will wait and figure out what we want from the uneven hanging menu Smh! Now we say, how do we do this?? Ohhhh it's to the left on the wall.(someone pointed) Hmmm...ok. we decide a "Bowl" sounds good. The guy taking our order has a mask on. Great!! He was hard to hear him tell us what goes in the bowl. So look to the left...now follow 1-3...got it?!! Not really, but we did ok. The employee looked very annoyed. Obviously, we couldn't see his face but we could see his eyes. He was not impressed with us not knowing what to do. Even though we had said we've never been there before. Okay, everybody has a bad day. Now we give our gift card and something's wrong there. Another guy has to come help. Ordered a drink, didn't even know they had fountain drinks until after we paid $2.66 for a 16 Gatorade, yikes. The fountain drinks are way off on the other side of the counter in the corner. Enjoyed the food, really did not enjoy the place! The floor is Very Very dirty! Tables were not cleaned off. Five guys up front and it looked like a couple guys in the back, anyone cleaning? We would like to eat here again but feel the way that the way the restaurant is kept may keep us from eating there again. We felt very rushed and confused.The food on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being amazing) We gave it a 6. Store appearance sadly a 3 and a 4 for customer service. We were excited to try something new. Oh well, maybe we'll try another location to see if it's any different. Maybe someone should look at how this one is...

I have been ordering from Pita Way for several years. The people who work here are always friendly and nice when I carry out, but they have never gotten my delivery order right. Not even once. I'm over it and just can't waste my money and time on this place any more. They never botch the order in the customer's favor, but they always leave something off. Today, yet again, they got the toppings on everything wrong. My sandwich was so wet when I opened it, the soggy pita bread just fell apart and it was like a wet paper towel. I had to scrape that away and eat the chicken pieces with a fork. They put items on that were not requested and forgot items that were requested leaving my family disappointed. You cant mess up kid's food or they wont eat it, especially if its onions and garlic when we requested plain. I'm done. Too expensive for pita sandwiches anyway.

Lastly, they charge $3.00 for a side of sauce/ranch, etc., and say it's 4oz on the menu, but it's actually 3.25 Oz. Do better Pita Way, your customers...

I frequent this location during the work week for lunch, by far my favorite location that Pita Way has. The store is always clean with a welcoming environment. The staff there is what really sets this store apart from other lunch options in the area. There are two young woman who work there that provide the best service a customer could ask for every visit! One young lady's name is Lynsey, I'm not positive on the other woman's name but these two work together daily and are so consistent. Showing that they care not only about the customer but display a real pride and effort into their work. They have even managed to remember my lunch order. It is so nice to have a spot to go to that you know is stress free and can get a good meal in the middle...
