Waterfall Jewelers II — Local services in White Lake Charter Township

"EDIT 8/14/19" My father came into the establishment asking about a credit card purchase made in store that he didn't recognize. Come to find out it was my Mother, however the bigger issue is she's not an authorized user on the credit card yet she was able to make a $400 purchase with it. When he called out the person behind the counter for the lack of carelessness, he simply shrugged as if "oh well". I get money is money, however that's unprofessional to react like that when a issue is brought about. To not even render an apology is disheartening seeing I made my first purchase here and had no issues. I can't say if I will be back or not at this time.

When my Wife and I walked in we were almost immediately greeted by Christie. We told her exactly what we were looking for "ring wise" and she was absolutely helpful. We rather enjoyed her professionalism & enthusiasm for us the customer. Needless to say we will be back...

I can’t begin to express how grateful I am for the staff and service at Waterfall Jewelers II. My father had been a long time client of Waterfall Jewelers and I think I truly learned why he stay so loyal to this business. My father passed and left my son a watch purchased from Waterfall so of course I knew I would take it there to get it spruced up for my son to wear on his big day. Me being me I waited till the last minute and when I went in the watch needed a lot more then a little sprucing up but you see Matt at Waterfall Jewelers II realized what this watch symbolizes for my son on his big day and did everything in his power to have back to us working and looking beautiful. I have never been more impressed with the compassion, talent and excellent customer service Waterfall Jewelers 2 has been shown to my husband and I. My wedding ring of 23 years lost a diamond due to the prongs being worn down after many years of wear and tear. They told us it was a unique head and would search to keep it the same. Unfortunately, they had no luck and we were told they will do their best to keep it as close to the same as possible and would have to replace the head altogether. When it was time to pick it up to our surprise, they rebuild the entire head with the same design and made it look even better! I was so shocked and amazed! It meant so much to me that they cared how much my ring meant to me and went way above and beyond! I will never shop for jewelry anywhere else.
