I have been a customer of Kohl's for years and have never been as disgusted with the service as I was today. My pregnant wife and children wanted to make a purchase and was harassed by your sales associate. As she attempted to pay the associate leaned over the counter to look in her wallet at her drivers license and then accused her of fraudulently using the Kohl's Credit Card. The associate then continued to badger and harass my wife as to her identity, if she was really married to me, and demanded to know if, how and why she would be an authorized user of my Kohl's Charge Card. At this point, my wife offered any information necessary to prove her identity and requested the store manager. A manager assisted the associate and told her to call Kohl's Credit Services for a one time approval code. However, when the associate called she did not say what the manager told her to say, instead asked what to do. The representative over the phone asked the associate to read the information from my wife's drivers license and then the Kohl's Credit Card. When the associate was reading the credit card information she misspelled a letter of the name at this point my wife asked her to please properly spell our name. The associate was then given an approval code to enter in and the associate was unhappy. The associate did not want to assist my wife. She called over the manager for a void and then did not ring the purchase, rather the manager did. The issue is the disrespect and embarrassment my wife and children received in your store. Read moreWonderful store. Very neat and clean. Racks and table displays are kept in order. I'm picky about things like that. I don't like to have to dig through other peoples discarded items to look for my size. That is an everyday occurrence at Macy's that keeps me from shopping there. It ALWAYS looks like a bomb just went off. But back to Kohl's. I was unable to make it to the store for their most recent awesome sale, and they had a cardigan sweater that I was dying to get. So I went online and tried their buy and ship to the store. This was my first time shopping online at Kohl's and I have to say it was a pleasure. I was able to find the exact sweater that I wanted and it had a great sale price. I also had a coupon for an additional 15% off. This actually gave me some pause because I have tried to use additional coupons at other retailers online and have had quite a few problems. Thankfully, that was not the case at Kohl's. Everything went through smoothly and I was able to get my perfect black fall/early winter $40 sweater for a sweet $21. And, the pick up procedure was a breeze, despite the fact that my phone went wonky and I couldn't pull up my pickup email. Luckily the cashier was able to pull it up with my phone number and with a quick glance at my ID I was on my way 😊 I haven't really shopped at Kohl's before because it's a little bit out of my way, but after my fantastic online experience and my exceptional in store experience, it is definitely going to the top of my list of favorite stores. Read moreI bought clothing at this store a couple days before memorial day sales with my kohls charge an then came back for the memorial days sale to get a price adjustment with my receipt , at customer service an older wiser woman tried to be lazy and lie to me how she could not help me unless I bring all the items physically back to the store and I said yes u can all u need to do is put the upc numbers in and she refused claiming , making an excuse that kohls has new system and does not know how to do it and told me sorry she could not help me making me look stupid, I used to be a cashier before so I knew that was not true that she can give me a price adjustment with just the receipt I had and my kohl charge. So I sure enough went to another kohls the one in TREXLERTOWN and their customer service was great and earned myself some kohl cash getting a price adjustment with just the RECEIPT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN WHITEHALL KOHLS WAS HORRIBLE and the "wise" lady didn't help me at all which isn't customer satisfaction . Getting a price adjustment may take some time but please kohls don't hire no lazy , not caring about the customers...
