KFC — Restaurant in Whitehall

Ordered takeout two days ago. Ended up eating a bad piece of chicken that led to me pulling over and puking. This has literally been the worst food poisoning I've ever had because even after vomiting, I am suffering from the damage its done to my body.

You're selling this to people. Inspect the chicken. People literally ingest this stuff and if its not cooked properly, or is overall just not a very good cut of meat, it can possibly be fatal depending on how a person reacts to it. If you're going to work in the food industry, I cannot stress how much responsibility is on your hands if you don't wash your hands properly or inspect food to ensure its safe to be ingested. This is NOT the type of job where you do it for a paycheck and nobody else matters. You're playing with peoples' lives. If that's too much to deal with, I strongly encourage you to step down and work in a different industry.

The service was nice, but ultimately I am unable to tell what happened with that chicken whether it was undercooked, cross contaminated, simply a bad piece of meat or a mix of everything. It sucks because I really love KFC and the nuggets were my favorite. A Delightful Drive-Thru Experience at KFC Whitehall Township

I recently visited the KFC at 1612 MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township via their convenient drive-thru, and it was an excellent dining experience! From the moment I pulled up, the service was swift and friendly, making the process smooth and hassle-free.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the classic 3 piece fried chicken, and it was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, just the way I like it. The sides, especially the seasoned french fries , were a perfect complement to the chicken. I also tried their famous coleslaw, which was fresh and crunchy.

What impressed me the most was the speed and efficiency of the drive-thru service. Despite the line of cars, my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The staff ensured that everything was up to their high standards before handing it over, which showed their commitment to quality.

Absolutely the most disrespectful and rude employees. I was picking up for UberEats, and properly rang the bell on the side of the building, mind you, in 12° weather, and was immediately looked at, laughed at, and IGNORED by 2 employees eating at a table RIGHT NEXT to the door where delivery drivers pick up. I understand completely, being on break, I used to work for a few different food service providers, as a server and bartender...I know a break is always looked forward to....BUT, letting me stand there STARING at them, and ringing the bell AGAIN, .....finally another employee came to the door and told me it wasn't ready yet. I had to go back in my car, wait until I saw a few delivery bags come out, and then went up AGAIN to get the delivery, all with NO semblance of care, professional service, or apology. If we are delivering your product to an already paying customer, why keep the restaurant locked, and allow us to at least be treated with kindness and respect? Or even allow pick up in the...
