If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in to preorder the switch 2 and waited for about an hour. When I got to the register to preorder I told the worker by the name of Trevor that my sister and I were each going to preorder one. I told him more than 3 times not once did he tell his other coworker to help my sister with the preorder while he did mine. Once he finished with mine he says o well there's no more to reserve after I clearly told him before his other coworker Justin rang up 3 different people that were behind us in line. Then Justin got into the conversation yelling at me that why did my sister not say something to him or come over to the register even though he was calling the other people in line who appeared to be people that he knew what a coincidence one person was able to preorder 2 when it was 1 per household. I asked for the cashiers name Justin and in a rude way he lifts up his name tag. Then a customer that was in the line started yelling at me why do you need his name? Why are you bullying him? The cashier Justin instead of calming the situation start yelling thank you thank you encouraging the customer yelling at me. Every guy that was in the store then proceeded to yell and tell me things not one of the three associates told them to calm down but encouraged the situation to escalate. Mind you my mother, sister, and me were the only women in the store other than one of the associates. I have never been discriminated based on gender in my life like at this store. What kind of people they have working there just because you are a woman they feel they can speak to you anyway they like. I hope the employees and manger see this because yes I contacted corporate and the district manger is aware and is launching an investigation. Hope no women experiences anything like this because I'm sure Justin has spoken to other women like that is he was comfortable speaking to me that way. I will definitely be seeking my opinions with legal representation about this....

She seems to hate her life and makes sure everyone else feels her hatred. I came in to submit my PokĆ©mon cards for PSA grading and let her know right away that I wouldnāt want to be pitched for the Pro membership as I was a member for years but no longer frequent the store as I donāt have as much time for my hobbies as I used to. She then proceeded to question me:āSo why are you here if youāre not interested in being a pro memberā I then explained to her my reasoning mentioned above. I let her know why I was there and she just stood there staring blankly behind me as if purposefully tuning me out. I had a couple questions about the process and getting an answer that wasnt backhanded or rude was like pulling teeth. At the end of the process, I said Thank you to which she just grunted. I followed up with a Have a great day and she didnāt even look up from her phone. Honestly Iāve been a pro member of GameStop since October 2010 and in my 14+ years of business with this company, this was by far the WORST experience Iāve ever had. The behavior exhibited by Pauline was that of spiteful teenager and not that of a grown adult with a job. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend this location. Asked "Ashley" who was standing at the counter sticking price tags on items if they have any pre orders for Lord of the rings items like pops. She instantly comes back with probably not and looked on the computer. She said no and goes back to sticking, same interaction I asked about the fugglers and she said no. When I asked about the squishmallows she rolled her eyes ( which congrats I haven't seen a good eye roll since the 90s) she went to check and at this point I'm like forget it. The store is dead and it's just myself, daughter and boyfriend. At this point I was done with the store. Which was my second one that day since looking for the pops. When my boyfriend went to get her name she didn't apologize she doubles down with I didn't have an attitude. Needless to say. This was one of my fave GameStop but because I strongly believe a business is only as good as it's customer service I will no longer buy from this location because of Ashley. I've never had any issues with the amazing customer service from any game stop always helpful with great suggesting. She needs extra training. I recommend if a video excite it's...
