My fiance's iPhone12 mini's screen got cracked awhile back and we wanted to get it replaced. iRepair Cellular is right next to the Old Navy in the Whittwood shopping plaza, also close to Kohl's and Target. It's a very easy to find location. The tech that helped us with the screen replacement was super fast. It probably only took 5-10 minutes. The cost seemed fair, at $100. (on the website, Apple supposedly charges $230 for the same service!) And he even threw in a free screen protector for us, and installed it really fast too. All in all, it was a very easy and pleasant transaction. I hope we won't need to go back, but if we do, I'd return back for the same fast service. Thanks!
(One small update, 02/06/24, my fiancé’s phone has been overheating a lot more since changing out the new screen. We went back and the tech at the shop let us know that replacement screens are LED screens and different from Apple screen materials, and can trap heat more. But of course the Apple screens cost much more. We still feel like we made the right decision, but it’s something to...

I live nearby and have been here on multiple occasions.
I have gone through multiple screen protectors that are sold here. For both iPhone and the iPad Pro. They are the cheapest protectors you can buy with the highest price you can be gotten for.
I also bought an iPad Case here and it cracked my screen protector that I bought from here. I visited and told the owner that his case that he sold me broke the protector I bought from him. It was already the 2nd protector I bought from him. I even went for the one he was selling at a higher price thinking it would last but it broke as soon as I closed the case on it. The case even left scratches on the back of my Brand new iPad Pro.
He was no help and wanted to charge me full price to replace the defective products he sells.
I found the case he sold me for $30 at...
Read moreI took my phone here after my the back of my iPhone 13 Pro Max original back glass cracked after a year of using it with a case. I paid $110 at this location to have the back of my phone fixed. A few weeks later it cracks again with a case on. I question if the back glass was cheap in my head since it fell from a small distance and cracked. I take it back to this location again and explained what happened. This time they said they would fix it for $90. I get it fixed and after a few weeks it cracks again.. I went in for a third time to see if they can fix it for a small cost and they want to charge $80. At this point I would rather get it fixed by Apple officially and spent $250 then get it fixed here and have it break in a few weeks… I thought as courtesy they should fix it atleast one time at...
