I didn’t get a chance to take pictures of all the food we because we were starving. We also ordered a volcano roll and 2 chicken teriyaki bowls. The bowls were a 8.99 special but i thought it was very little food. Not enough for an adult to get full on for sure. The ramen has a sweet flavor that tastes like watered down teriyaki sauce idk if that’s how authentic ramen should taste being that ive only had top ramen lol but I didn’t care for tht sweet flavor. We also got the udon 🍜 noodle soup we weren’t a fan either. I ordered the yakisoba noodles which were very thin noodles… anytime i have ordered at other restaurants the noodles are always very thick so i kinda was already disappointed the flavor was good but I didn’t get full so that why we ordered more food. Im guessing by the name it’s just really the sushi people go for because the roll I ordered was pretty good. The spicy veggie ramen was pretty good we added chicken to it. The service was good but if you have a big appetite I don’t recommend going here. We had edamame, udon, yakisoba, ramen , volcano roll teriyaki bowls and iced green tea. We spent 125$ for a family of 4. We would have spent less if the portions of food...
Read moreI've been a long time customer but tonight was that last straw. For the last 2 years the service and quality have dropped significantly. Tonight, I had the worst service I have ever received from well any restaurant. I came in 45 min till there posted closing time. I was informed that the kitchen was closed and only sushi was available. Not really a big deal but 45 min till closing and you already closed your kitchen? We order our rolls and then are told that it's last call for orders. It's now 30 min till closing time. We order the spicy yellowtail roll. It's delivered to our table drenched in spicy ponzu sauce and cut terribly. Two minutes later the check is dropped off at the table. It honestly felt like we were being shoved out the front door. Think its time to find a new...
Read moreMy sister and I visited Joy sushi last night. It was our first outing post pandemic and we were really looking forward to it. The place is tiny but well organized and they have very friendly staff. We ordered the fried calamari rings as a starter and unfortunately it was like chewing into hard rubber. I have never had calamari be so hard and difficult to eat. One of my rolls was delicious but the other one tasted a little off.. I accounted it to my tastebuds being off. I didn't say anything to them thinking it was me, but sure enough, I was I'll all night long due to the tuna being spoiled. I won't be going back at all. Not worth the high price for food that...
