Have been to this location twice and ordered online once. Online order was okay wasn’t anything special/ wasn’t bad at all , but the neckless plate name looked like a different name so I had to take it elsewhere to get made like the actual name I wanted. The first time going in there only had one person working, and she acknowledged me at first but promptly returned to helping another customer with their permanente jewelry. I don’t expect anyone to drop what they’re doing but after 20 minutes of me waiting for assistance at least an acknowledgment would have been nice. I wanted to buy gold jewelry, I knew what I wanted and i didn’t even have to look at the case to show her. When she went to the back and to get the small gold hoops she did show me the jewelry and hid them in her hand while holding a pair or large hoops. I mistakenly thought the larger pair was for me so I let her know I wanted the small ones and that is when she from a far showed me the hoops. She 100% assumed I wanted to steal or at least it felt like it. She saw me in a large sweater and sweats when it was cold outside and assumed my husband and I wanted to steal. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was just an off day or employee but the second time I went in they greeted me at the door and I felt such mean girl energy. The vibe was off and I immediately felt uncomfortable. I didnt think id feel uncomfortable again even quicker than last time but my sister felt the same vibe so we promptly left. My boyfriend and I went to get permanent bracelets after being recommended by so many to come here. We made the couples appointment online and we got seated shortly after arriving. However, they didn’t have many charms for the permanent bracelets and most of them were sold out. The girl helping us seemed sort of irritated that we were asking for the charms they were sold out of and said we should’ve messaged them first before coming to see if they had the charms we wanted… like what???? Anyway, that was kind of already a bummer. We got our bracelets anyway, but when they were fitting my boyfriend and I for the length, we both kept saying we wanted them a little looser because it is summer and we wanted a loser fit, but after multiple times of asking if we could get them loser, the girl doing our bracelets kept saying no, that she recommends the fit she was giving us. In the end, she gave us the length SHE wanted to, and our bracelets fit so tight and uncomfortable. We ended up just paying for them and left but what an uncomfortable and...

I bought 2 necklaces and a pair of earrings. I was looking for gold filled jewelry since I have allergies to sterling silver/ gold plated jewelry and thought this would be a great option since their jewelry claims to not tarnish as easily. I really love my everyday hoops and so far haven't had any bad reactions to the earrings. However the necklaces have caused really bad reactions, specifically the herringbone necklace. I made sure to do the proper care and wiping it to keep its shine and making sure "m not wearing products on my neck that could accelerate the tarnishing process, but it hasn't helped. My neck gets red and itchy and I have green residue on my neck and when I wipe the necklace it appears as well. If you're sensitive to jewelry I don't recommend purchasing the gold filled necklaces, i've only worn it a few times and its already tarnishing and causing allergic reactions. The earrings don't tarnish as easily and are durable so I would recommend those products or if its within your means getting the actual...
