Uptown 2000 — Local services in Whittier

Pretty cool place! The shirt I picked up is actually decent quality, but it's going to be hit or miss with the variety and amount that they have. The band tee variety is great, though. The poster I picked up, on the other hand, was obviously a knock-off or a low-quality print, with washed out colors and a strange framing with black space at the edges. Just be mindful of what you're buying here. Ask to see the shirts before you buy them so you can check the brand/quality (the Choking Victim shirt I got was printed on a heavy duty Gildan so I think it'll last a while). This isn't the kind of place I'd buy a belt/wallet from, though. Save your money and get something...

The first time I went to this place was in 2012 I mean its your average metal/punk/rockabilly store with the shoes and boots to hair pomade.The guy that runs this place was pretty chill but the cloth patches are pretty overpriced :/ usually the highest they sell is for $2 a pop not $4 and etc..The band shirts here are alright for its price and for its quality I think the shirts are about $20 which is your average price. But being the only bad ass store here in Whittier gives it...

I felt like a grumpy old guy or maybe there is something wrong but, I went to their store and asked how much for a Dead Kennedy's T-shirt? The guy looked me up and down and said $27. I look on eBay the same shirt is $17. Free shipping. You would think since they have so many shirts they would want to get rid of some and give a reasonable price. Did Jello bless these shirt... No. I'll go...
