It was my first time in this store at this location the first employee I saw I asked them where an item was I was looking for he stopped what he was doing and explained to me where my item was I thanked him and went to find it when I got in the vicinity of it I could not spot it but there was another employee so I asked him he showed me I was an isle away from it I thanked him and started getting my item then I asked the lady at the material section if she could help me find my next item she did the best she could since I wasn't sure what it was called so she helped me find it then I headed to check out and the young girl motioned me to come to her lane she rang it all up told me the price after bagging it all up she took my cash gave me my change and thanked me for coming very nice young lady. The moral of this story is I've never met one very nice employee at a business and at this one I met 4 all of them were very nice and more than happy to help me. Thank you Hobby Lobby for having...

Allows fake aggrservice dogs in thier store, so last month I was there and a womn with a 5 year old was there. The 5 year old was attacked by the corgi. It bit her in the leg. I heard her mom tell the managers verbally attack her whn reporting the attack. I came in at a later time baa again with my wife. We were not there long and never will be back. The lady with her corgi was there at it again trying to attack kids. Then a guy with a german shephered was lunging, grawling, and barking at everyone. We reported it and told them. The manager started verbaly attacking us. They should be fired the employees were nice but the managers are jerks. By ADA law service dogs cant be aggressive and if act aggressive are a saftey problem and they are supposed to be asked to leave because there dog is acting aggressive. I'm very pissed off. I have been going here for years. I got all my stuff for art school and my business from here. I have spend lots and lots of money as a royal costumer. I went in Friday and as I walk past a fake Service dog (D.O.J opened an investigation and it is a ESA not service dog. The lady is getting a fine plus going to jail for bringing her dog there) with my service dog (Who is my life line andf the only reason I'm able to go places) gose to attack mine. I go tell the managers and they said oh she is here all the time while anyways they start attacking me over it and harassing me. These managers do not need to be working there. They allow aggressive dogs in there store. I will be calling the corpret Monday, as well as reporting this to the BBB. If I could I would not even give them a star.
