Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

Worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of encountering... I've never made a bad review on any establishment, so the fact that I'm even wasting my time writing this should speak volumes. They close at 2am yet they're "out of stock" or "fryers are down" after 10pm everytime I've visited this location. The so called "manager" tells me "I'm the top guy, there's nobody above me" after I asked to speak with someone over him or corporate and then continued to tell me "corporates number is 1-800-something". It's the same excuses everytime I visit this restaurant. I can't even begin to fathom why these people continue to be paid if all they're doing is dodging paying customers by turning off their lights and saying they're all out of stock or their machines are down every single night. It's fine, I will continue to call corporate every single day about this restaurant until I can show up and have even halfway adequate customer service. Until then, I definitely do not recommend this halfway house because of their lazy and disrespectful taco bell...

I ordered a #5 with no beans on my nachos, an extra nacho cheese sause, a 4 pack of chicken taquitos with 2 spicy ranch sauces. I got my nachos with barely any meat and cheese and tomatoes. Half my order of chips is still here with nothing on them. I got 0 spicy ranch. 2 nacho cheese sauces. So i paid extra for something I did not receive correctly. Horrible service. Taking my money for free as well. Also I had 0 cream cheese on my nachos and my taco! Nobody told me they were out of it. Plus my tacos are broken and a mess in the package where I can not even hold it! Lazy service!!! I will never be back until yall get better service. I do not need to pay for food I can not even recive available to eat or with nothing on top like these chips because this is not nachos when I can count 30 chips with 0 on the top....

After ordering I sat in the same spot in the drive thru for 20 minutes before the 4 cars in front of me drove off. Then I sat at the window waiting another 10 minutes for a taco party box. I saw them making my tacos and it only took about 3 minutes once they started on them. When they finally gave me my food I was about to ask for management, cause I could have made 12 tacos from scratch in that amount of time, the worker said "sorry about the wait there is only 2 of us and our manager just walked out". We'll that's an easy way to get out of reprimands and refunds. I would have also driven off had I not paid as soon as I got to the window and told them the guys in front drove off. They didn't even start making my food until I was there for 30 minutes. Would have gotten a refund if they had a...
