Kohl's — Local services in Wichita Falls

Went to Kohl Wichita Falls. After parking in handicapped parking saw several people on walkers enter. Called to ask which door to access for motorized scooters and was told by an associate, they do not have motorized scooters. Guess I won't be shopping at this local store or recommending as handicapped accessible as many people need scooters in order to shop in grocery stores, Target, Lowes, Sam's Walmart, Home Depot (all who have them and are nearby) and other stores due to handicapps that require motorized scooters. So they are not accessible to anyone who can not walk independently with assistive device or not short of breath/on O2, or not limited in endurance unless they have a caregiver to use a wheelchair which is available. Otherwise you have to shop online where you won't be seen (in the store) as handicapped and will have to...

Please, please, please dust your shelves!!! Due to the great sale, I was there twice this weekend. Once for me, once for the grandkids back to school shopping. Yesterday, while checking out, 2 tanks rang up as $9.99, while the rack said $5.99 Croft & Barrow essential tanks reg $13, now $5.99. Approx 150 tanks....really. cashier says, you want ME to change the price?? Well, it's a digital sign??? I left them there, I HATE it they don't charge what they advertise, thinking you won't notice. While looking in bath area, furniture and clearance areas, dust was on all shelves, but so bad on the clearance area it prompted an allergy attack today. I guess the back of the store doesn't get cleaned often. What a shame. The cashier today...

I only gave it one star because I was talked into getting a Kohl's credit card by the cashier. She told me over and over again you will get 35% off your whole purchase but it wasn't until I applied for it and got approved that she told me you can't get 35% off of name brand items. Really, most of my items were name brand. I only ended saving and extra three dollars. She deceived me into getting a card. If your gonna ask your employees to push the credit cards at the register they need to tell the whole truth. So we get all the facts and can make a decision according to the facts.She point blank lied to me. My savings would have been about 40 dollars I should be compensated...
