Me and my girlfriend went into there to find a new outfit, granted we both work at a different locations. We walked into the store to not being greeted or welcomed. Not one person came over to us asking if we needed help. When we did need help we went to go ask a guy named eddie for help. He told us that they had a shirt in my size in stock but proceeded to not help us look nor try to find it. Then he just walked away without saying anything else. When we went to go checkout we said we both worked there and eddie came over to check us out. My girlfriend showed them her ID card and her ID and he seemed like he didn’t want us there. His tone and attitude towards us was pretty unacceptable. We typed in my scorecard number because I have a reward on there and he wouldn’t let us use mine even though i was with her. He then said after we told him we had a reward that she shouldn’t use mine anymore even if i’m with her. The way he was speaking really frustrated us. My husband bought a Live Strong treadmill for me about about a year ago. Today the treadmill is not working so we called the store on East Rock Road in Wichita Kansas and spoke with a store manager and he told me since it's already been over 90 days and we don't have our receipt, although we have a rewards card with them, they can't look up our purchase to verify if we had purchased a warranty on the $1,300 treadmill. We will NEVER make ANY PURCHASES from DICK'S SPORTING GOODS in Wichita KS ever again. We will take our business to their competitors for all future purchases. I brought my golf clubs this morning for grip change I paid for them I was told to come in the afternoon and they would be done when I came back to pick them up I was told they don't change grips on sundays so I have to come back tomorrow after they call me to tell me they are done very very disappointed they could have told me this earlier I needed my clubs first thing Monday morning I could have taken them to another private golf store that could have finished them right away it cost me $104.00 so sad next time maybe...
