I would’ve given 5 Stars, as I’ve always had a good experience at Noodles & Co., UNTIL yesterday. I called to place a curbside order yesterday. The guy I spoke with, sounded harsh. I specifically requested curbside. He asked if I’d like utensils & I said I would. He told me the order would be ready around 3:14. I arrived & the 2 spots for curbside pickup were taken, so I parked next to them. Around 3:19 or so, I went inside, as I noticed the other 2 vehicles in curbside pickup had gone in to pick up their food. So, I went in. I waited behind a guy that was picking up a delivery order. He looked frustrated. I noticed there were approximately 7 employees there. After the guy picked up his food for delivery, I moved forward to the pick up area. Stood there for a few minutes & none of the employees would even look at me with eye contact & ask if I had something to pick up. So, I went to the front register & finally an employee acknowledged me. Asked if I wanted to order, told him I had a curbside & he went & got it. It had been sitting there on the counter. Was simply a regular sized bowl of chicken noodle soup & a small order of potstickers. He looked like he knew they had ignored me & was nice when he handed me the food. I left. There was no plastic ware in the bag. BUT they did give me extra crackers for my soup, which I appreciated. I had planned to give the curbside person a cash tip. I ALWAYS DO. Since no one came to the car, I didn’t. Look, I understand it’s hard to find good help. And I’m always kind to employees at food establishments. But with 7 employees running around & just a few customers there, you would think someone could’ve acknowledged me when I first stepped up to the counter. If for nothing more than respect. Trust me, more than one employee saw me standing there. Not one acknowledged me until I walked over to the register. Not cool. Not...
Read moreThe sit down area was freezing. It's 68° and windy today outside, and it was colder in the building. My toddler, who had a sweater on, was shivering and had a red nose before we were even halfway done, and we just left early. Our parmesean crusted chicken was served burnt on both plates. I talked to the cashier about the chicken being burnt and how the portion size was smaller than what she explained at the counter while ordering and she was nice and explained that they don't clean the grill often and that she would clean it and remake it. It was remade and looked even more burnt the second time with the exact same small portion(supposed to be for 2 plates). We just got a refund on the chicken and left. Even after the refund, it was still over $20 for small and empty looking portions. My pesto bowl had almost no flavor and barely filled half the bowl it was in. And the 5 cheese Mac n cheese only had some shredded cheese. Maybe enough to cover half the bowl and it was not served hot enough to melt the cheese. There was also no cheese sauce, just dry noodles and shredded cheese that also didn't fill more than half the bowl it was in. This was our first time coming here, and we will not be returning until the quality matches the price. We could've gone to Olive Garden for a similar price or Fazoli's for cheaper and have gotten better quality food with fully sauced noodles. Not to mention, they offer free...
Read moreNormally it's okay but this last order was intentionally sabotaged and the manager didn't really seem to care. They dumped a pile of seasoning on it. Anyone in their right mind would have remade that. Instead they sent it out. So I paid nearly $10 for garbage. Do not recommend..
ETA: I decided to give them another chance. They seem to like taking advantage of disabled people. I paid an extra $1.60 for spinach. I had to have the food delivered because I'm disabled and can't leave the facility. So I paid all the extra fees on top there too. These people sent the pasta with the spinach thrown on top. Not even cooked. Then sprinkled cheese over the spinach. Then the ridiculous overpriced Mac and Cheese had no cheese sauce. No cheese sprinkled on top and was only half of the small bowl. I ordered a full size. These people are doing it intentionally and I don't recommend anyone with disabled family members use them. I never had trouble until I called and let them know I was disabled when I had a question about how to get the buttered noodles a certain way. They are doing this because I'm disabled. If they will do this to me, imagine what they are doing when disabled people come in to order.
Had to delete my review to get it to let me add these photos. These are deliberate actions. The spinach and the seasoning...
