Kudos to the team, from every O'Reilly Store, and especially Brian on Saturday morning. He went the extra mile in looking for a purchase (alternator) I had made over ten years ago. We were giving everyone the wrong information (6 cylinder vs 4 cylinder) and three phone numbers to review to find the purchase. What was going to cost $430 at Firestone or my giving up and purchasing another from O'Reilly's for $180 and my doing the work myself, ended up being No Cost, because he found the purchase in 2011, when everyone else was looking at only the 6 cylinder model.
This was beyond the others, although everyone tried on Friday (they were only looking at 6 cylinder Camry), Brian looked at both.

They give me the good news that it’s still under warranty so I go home and pull it off then go back in to get my new one then come to find out “it’s still good, you don’t need an alternator” said a different employee. I go home and put it back on, now two weeks later here I am broke down with a bad alternator. Read moreAssistant store manager Jace was in another world. When we were trying to talk to him, he acted like he was messing with a part and not even acknowledged my statement of what was wrong. I had to say his name 2 times to get him to look at me to see what I was trying to say. Luckily Gary (another worker) came up and I was able to express my concerns over a part that they sold me at another store that was not good he was able to tell Jace when he came back up front that I needed refund.
