Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wichita

Why does this taco bell have their hours of operation posted on the door if they are going to shut down the lobby when they choose to? It says that they are open until 10:00 PM yet the doors were locked before 9:30 PM? I went through the drive-through and tried to ask one of the employees why they decided to close the lobby so early and the only the thing they said to me was “Yeah we just close down early sometimes, that’s just what we do and that’s it.” Honestly this entire experience was distasteful, the employees didn’t seem to care one bit and i think it’s highly unprofessional what they did. I will not be returning and i urge caution to those that choose...

The woman working the drive thru this evening was consistently on her phone, she also had a really rude attitude. I got back to the house and discovered we were missing food ,cutlery and sauces.The food we did get was sloppily thrown together and I tried for over an hour to call in regarding to the missing Cheesy Chicken dipping burrito etc. only to get nothing but a busy signal. It would also be nice if Taco Bell would put the box orders in boxes instead of just piling everything in a bag together. Since most places are opening up 3 friends and I thought we would go eat when we get there the lobby is closed. We go through drive thru they tell us we are only able to do 2 orders per car. As we try to add to the first order very rudely they say they can’t add until we get to the window. At the window the person was nice and took all our orders.
