Extremely nice and very helpful people that work here. I took my rings here to get it sized, and when I got it back they were absolutely gorgeous. They did incredible work, you can't even tell that my rings have been sized. After sizing the rings, they did an amazing job cleaning them. It was like getting new rings back! They have a beautiful store, and from what I could tell lots of choices if you're looking for jewelry. I'm not sure of the prices when it comes to the jewelry that they sell, I imagine it's more on the expensive end. However, for the sizing it was very very reasonable. The biggest reason why I chose this place to take my ring to is, because they do all the work in store. They didn't have to send my rings out. Received a watch from here, as a gift. It wasn’t my style so I returned it. The sales person was not knowledgeable about the watch products they carry. I asked for the watch to be sized but their jeweler doesn’t work on the weekends. I called the next week, before I drove out from the west side , to see if their jeweler was in. Called RC to get a quote to get my Submariner externally cleaned, a lady quoted me $50 to $150, I took in in on (Monday) 6/22/20. I called on Thursday (6/25/20) to ask status, she said they will start on it today, I received a call a couple hours later and said watch was ready. I picked it up today (Friday), woman said I owed $161. I said to her, initially I was quoted $50-$150, lady said the work is very labor intensive and that was the price.
